We had some outlets stop working and I was glad I called Dependable again. They set my appointment the same day and were on time. Frank Leathers was our technician and he did a great job, he spent a lot of time finding what the problem was and the great news was it did not cost us anything. They stood behind some previous work they did in the area and honored their 1 year warranty! This is a company that stands behind their work; have great customer service and great prices-the work I paid for previously was very reasonable! So call Dependable for any work you need, thanks again to Frank and everyone else at Dependable, Great Job!

EVERYTHING about Dependable Electric Services was professional. They responded to my call immediately, they came out within an hour of my call, they quoted me a GREAT rate, began work immediately and finished when they said they would. The electrician himself was a pleasant person. We were without power because of a lightening strike from a recent storm. The professionals of Dependable Electric Services are our hero -- second only to the Lord and my husband!!!!

I would caution workers not to make negative and stereotypical statements regarding a group of people or race. 'Looks like your builder used cheap quick labor...probably Mexicans'. Rather they were or not, I found it to be out of line.

Same day service. Electrician showed up at appointed time (he called first) and did the work efficiently. I would certainly hire this company again.

Dependable did a great job and were pleasant and quick. They took their time to figure out the best way to run some new circuits without causing any unneeded holes in the drywall. They installed replacement fixtures fast and had no issues with a couple last minute changes. I wouldn't hesitate to call them back should I need anything else in the future.

Bryan is the best. He worked so hard to diagnose our electrical problem to get power to our entrance gate. Because our home was rewired six years ago, it was a task to trouble shoot because the new box was labeled improperly. But Bryan didn't give up. He found and fixed the problem. And most importantly, the price was reasonable. Kudos to Dependable!!!

The technician, Bryan Jones, was outstanding. He was a professional who worked very hard to repair my outdoor lighting situation. He said to contact them if the problem resurfaces.

Bryan, Tyler, Carl, Justin and Ricky at Dependable Electric are THE BEST. My 50+ yr old brick tri-level house total re-wire was a monster nightmare of a job from start to finish. And they did it all in 12 days. That, imho, is nothing short of a miracle. I know. Sounds a little over the top, but you'd have to know this house like I do and have been here to truly understand. Two attics full of blown-in insulation to crawl through, wiring that had been rigged six ways to Sunday and a breaker panel that had to be moved out of the laundry room to another wall - that they had to stud in. The guys worked so hard to make sure I kept some power and AC the entire time except for the few hours it took to move everything to the new box and new meter, which also had to be moved. I could not be more pleased with the entire process and the end result.

bryan did an incredible job installing our driveway lights and landscape lighting. He went above and beyond to be efficient and careful with his work. We have used Dependable Electric twice and have been very pleased each time.

I have used Dependable Electric on two occasions. Both times I have received quick responses. Jason came within 3 hours of my call, diagnosed the problem (one a faulty outlet, and the other a bad connection in a ceiling fan) and fixed it. Definitely a good experience.

They gave a free quote and then came the next day and replaced the attic fans at the quoted price, which was well below an earlier quote. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them.
