the process was easy and very quick response. They showed up when arranged and installer was competent and friendly.

This was my third time hiring Dependable Electric and my first time working with Brian. I have a TV hung on the wall and needed all of the electrical cords and TV cable to be hidden. I also had a shelf to hang beneath the TV that the cable box sits on. I am a perfectionist so it was important that everything be just right with nothing showing. Brian is a good listener and you can tell he cares about his clients. He got everything right down to the last detail. Thanks, Brian! I will definitely hire these guys again!

I am very picky about the work I have done at my home and not all companies rated 5s on this site are actually 5s because of people's different expectations or lack there of. I have to say that I was extremely pleased with the service of Dependable Electric Services. Justin came out to quote my project and was very nice and had excellent service. His team came out a few days later and Brian and another guy with him was also very friendly. They consulted me on every change to the original plan due to housing issues and things they ran into with the house and got my approval. They set the expectations with me on any possible damage to the walls so I wasn't surprised and asked me prior to ensure the work that I needed done. In the end they even cleaned up after themselves. In addition, the value for the money for what I had done was excellent. I will certainly recommend them in the future as well as have them back to wire my basement project to come soon. Highly recommended and you won't be disappointed.

Based on the great experience I had with Dependable Electric Services, I highly recommend them. Our dryer stopped working. We initially thought there was an issue with the dryer, but learned that the issue was possibly with the outlet / circuit breaker / wiring. I called Dependable Electric Services and scheduled an appointment for today. I was told the tech would be here between 9 and 10, and that he would call when on his way. Frank (the technician) was on time, and did call. He was very professional and personable, and explained what the cost would be upfront, depending on the issue. Frank also patiently answered my (many) questions. The issue was with a bad breaker. He explained what he was going to do, and showed me the work he completed. We tested the dryer, and everything works great! Frank -- Thank you! Dependable Electric Services -- Keep up the great customer service!

Great experience. The "team" showed up on time. Brian was very customer oriented and had excellent skills as an electrician. His "helper" Ricky was very friendly and preformed his tasks quickly, with enthusiasm. He was very helpful to Brian with the tasks. They cleaned the whole work area after completing the job. The work is as perfect as that I have ever seen. The costs, the work effort, and the completed job were excellent.

Justin called immediately and was out the next week for a quote. The problem is the one light is still not working and the motion detector light is not working properly. We cannot get in touch with them. The job is not done and we paid for parts for a lamp that does not work. Unless you have spare money to throw away, I would say try someone else

We had been without a washer and dryer for 3 weeks due to a combination of our existing unit being out of service and moving to a new home. New home setup only for gas dryer, not electric (no 220v outlet.) I received a phone call within 5 minutes of entering the HomeAdvisor project and they were out the next day. Fee was absolutely fair given the quality of the work and our desired to have completed as soon as possible. Would absolutely recommend them for other items I need done quickly with a high degree of professionalism.

Electrician took a look and said he couldn't install fixture and said that would be $65. Had to hire another electrician who had no problems making install
