Frank was terrific! One of my Attic Fans was not running while the other was. Another company came out and told me the non-working fan needed to be replaced since it had electricity to it. When Frank came out to replace the fan, he lowered the thermostat setting and the fan worked. Wow, can you believe that, one simple test to realize the fan didn't need to be replaced. Frank adjusted the settings on the thermostats for both attic fans and only charged me a $60 service charge. He could have replaced the fan or charged me for it and I wouldn't have known the difference. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism! I would use Dependable Electric Services for any other repairs I need!

Brian was on time, professional, and friendly for the estimate and the scheduled service. He was very thorough in his explanations and even offered advise on the placement of the recessed lights we were installing. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND and I'm very satisfied with this project. He cleaned up well after himself but I'm more so impressed with the actual electrical work. 4 new lights and NO DAMAGE to the ceiling. He was amazing and I'd hire him again and recommend him to anyone. He's sharp! He knows his work and he's willing to explain everything in a pleasant yet professional manner.

They went over and beyond what I expected. They were hired because of a failed inspection from the county. They took care of all the violations and even did extra to make sure it passed. There was one problem the inspector found, which had nothing to do with any of the work they performed, but they came out the next day and took care of it free of charge. What incredible customer service and relations that was.

I had an interesting job to do . I wanted to install color LED landscape lights in my back yard. This was a new technology, not a lot of people had experience with this. I met with Brian from Dependable Electric Services. I explained to him what I was trying to accomplish. I wanted the lights mounted on the fence, not on the ground (didn't want the lawnmower to destroy them), I wanted color LED landscape lights, had a fire pit area in which I wanted lights mounted in the trees to illuminate etc. We worked together to come up with a plan that we both thought was workable and in my budget. This was a major job, costing over $6000 since the technology was brand new. Brian was very honest, stating that they had never installed this technology before - but was firmly committed to making sure I would be completely satisfied. Work was started about a week later. They did the entire installation in one day with two electricians. Brian was there into the evening to insure that the lights were properly adjusted to give the look and feel I was looking for. He took the time to show me how to program them (after learning it himself) and use the App from the Android store to control the effects. He was a consummate profession, and true to his word, and did not leave until I was completely satisfied. It was truly a good experience and I would recommend Brian and his company to anyone....

All of a sudden different circuits in the house would fail. Called Dependable and they sent someone out the same day. Frank was friendly and courteous and efficient in finding the problem. Required outside service by Ga. Power. Frank called them and stayed with them and me until about 10:30 pm to make sure the problem was solved. I was very impressed with the service.

Arrived on time, friendly, knowledgeable. Brian ( I believe that's what his name is) did a great job on installing our ceiling fan in the living room being that we have an older home which always seems to give contractors a little trouble. Didn't leave a mess like some people I've dealt with, and was able to provide the services for $80 less than the first company I spoke with, which was also a high rated company on this site. So I'm a happy woman and will be enjoying my ceiling fan this spring/summer!

Brian came out to install a ceiling fan for me and noticed another hazardous issue at my house. He solved it very quickly. Enjoyed meeting Brian, he did a great job leaving an excellent impression with this home owner! Will call again for future needs!!

Frank did the work for us and he is AWESOME! Gave me good advice, courteous, trustworthy! Dependable's price was half that of another electrician.

We had Brian come out and install can lights in our kitchen. He was really professional from coming out to give us an estimate to coming out to install the lights. He gave us all our options and made sure we were comfortable with the scope of the work. I will definately use him again for any other electrical need, and will refer him to all my friends.

This is a follow up of a review left on 2/2. Dependable electric has since contacted us and addressed our concerns. We are very pleased with the results and would use them for further electrical projects in our home.
