Professional courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Good work for the price

The mess they left was not what they promised as white glove treatment. I was told that when they were done my house would be as before they came. Right now I could just sit down and cry. I trusted reviews and the fact that they gave me a glowing report about being on the trust Dale site. You need to take pictures of the house before so the technician cannot say to you that your house was covered in dust before they came.

We had a chandelier that was dangling from the ceiling. Dependable electric was the only company who had a ladder tall enoughl to remove the chandelier. I will definitely use them again.

Work was performed much quicker than anticipated, which is great! no issues, Justin knew exactly what he was doing and got the job done quickly and perfectly.

Did some initial troubleshooting, didn't bring a ladder long enough to get on a high roof. We requested an extension ladder through the HomeAdvisor website, but the information wasn't relayed. Not Dependable Electric's fault, I would use this company again.

Although Justin only had to turn on the switch to the light fixture, he still had to charge the service fee of $69. I didn't know there was a switch on the fixture that needed turning on. He was here a total of 15 minutes. When the job is tiny, there should be a prorated service amount to pay. Nevertheless, I paid the $69 as requested.

Frank came out for the estimate. Very friendly and forthcoming. He started the job with Brian and they completed it in one day. Brian's productivity level is impressive. They were on time and did a good job cleaning up behind themselves. Will definitely call them back for future projects.

Excellent response time and very efficient installation time.

We hired them to install two ceiling fans and 3 new light fixers in the kitchen. Both Brian & Jerry were courteous, prompt and honest! I would highly recommend Dependable electric and will use them in the future for our electrical projects!
