The job went well overall

The experience was excellent. The man who came out was named Skip Lewis and he knew what he was talking about. He explained exactly what they were going to do. They came when they said they were going to. Afterwords he came back and answered any questions we had and explained how they had done things and what had been done.

They gave me an estimate of about 15 patches that needed fixed, I only saw about 10 spots repaired. The over all job was fair, but it did not seem they were up there very long. The roof does not leak anymore. They were very nice people.

I called to get an estimate and they came out right away. The crew got to my house on time, and walked me through what they were going to do. I was informed that in addition to the estimate, there might be an additional 1-3 boards broken that couldn't be seen until they started working, and how much it would cost per board. The crew found 2 broken boards, but came to show me first and confirm the additional cost before they started the work. They completed the work in one day and I was very satisfied with the work. When the tree fell it had also bent soffit. The crew also "fixed" that as much as possible so I wouldn't have to replace it.

Roofing crew from Deluxe Roofing arrived early on Monday morning to begin project. A 30 yd roll-off dumpster had previously been placed in driveway to contain the old shingles and decking boards. Tarps were placed all around the home to capture the old shingles as they were being removed. There were four layers of shingles on the home which impacts the cost of the project and generates a lot of debris which required a larger waste container. Three sides of the hip roof shingles were removed the first day and decking boards were replaced as needed. It was also necessary to add a few supports to some of the rafters and replace some look-out rafters over the porch that had rotted from roof leaks. 75% of the roof was replaced the first day and the remaining roof was completed the next day. It was an excellent crew of six people and they did a great job.

They offered me a booklet with references and numbers so I could contact these individuals. They had multiple pages of very satisfied customers. They are extremely professional and know what they are doing. They took pictures of the before roofing. They gave me a detailed sample book so I am quite aware of what is going on my roof. They will complete other jobs such as siding, window replacement and gutters if a customer desires.

They were recommended to us. They explained the process clearly. They took the time to protect my plants, showed up on time, and did a very good job cleaning up. Our roof is steep, so the job was not as easy as some.

GREAT! Company representative, Skip Lewis, was great to work with. Company owner is Sarah Fulmer and I didn't deal with her, but felt that Skip was given great flexibility in negotiating and completing the job. Final cost of job was greater than initial estimate, but that was because a significant greater number of the roof deck boards were in bad condition.
