Dale and his crew do a great job maintaining our yard.

I pay them $225 a month. Their work is beautiful! I've learned about them through Angie's List. Other people who will use them can expect a quality job at a reasonable price. He's available. All I have to do is send him a text message. I'm planning to continue to use them.

Dale and his team did a great job cleaning up my very messy back yard. They cleared and hauled away leaves, limbs, and general yard debris. Our yard is now ready for landscaping. Price was very reasonable and I would definitely use his services again.

I called on Saturday to ask for a quote on services and was able to get an appointmnet for the next day (Sunday)!!! Mr. Dale showed up on time and was very professional. He listened to all of my concerns and made sure to explain in detail what was needed to achieve and maintain a healthy lawn. I was very pleased as he not only told me what needed to be done but why and how. My husband was shocked that I was able to take him around the yard and explain to him all the details that Mr. Dale had given me. We look forward to working with Mr. Dale and D & B QUALITY LAWN SERVICE!

My only complaint was we had scheduled a day to do the work and Dale had to cancel because people on his crew had already made plans on the day the work was to be done. I only had to wait a couple of days and he was apologetic about the delay. The results looked great. It was the best money I have spent for having yard work done. His quote came in far below the other quotes I received for the work that was done.

Dale and his crew provided the best lawn management than we ever received from anyone. Their quality of work was very good. However, during the Fall, we decided to reduce the frequency of lawn mowing from every two weeks to every four weeks as the lawn wasn't growing much.D&B agreed to this frequency. However, the crew just stopped coming without providing any reason. I am a bit surprised by this behavior mainly because we were very happy with their quality. We didn't want to hire a new mowers, so we will contact Dale again.

It was a job well done. Everything was done quick and right. They cleaned it up in no time. Good communication too. Woudl definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors, and will be using this company again!!!

I called Dale Durden, told him that I had 3 overgrown bushes that needed some serious cutting and arranged an appointment for the next day. Dale and his crew arrived on time and got to work. They cut the bushes back, removed the excess, put down fresh pine straw and cleaned the area. They were very reasonably priced and theie work was excellent. I will certainly be calling them again.

Dale came out as promised and we went through the entire yard which is bordered by a large creek with waterfall and a lake. The property is heavily wooded. He always answered questions thoroughly and grasped the complexity of the job immediately. He came with a large crew on the date we agreed on and got the entire job done in one day! The yard is no longer a weedy mess; now it is a more manageable woodland retreat.

I contacted D&B to discuss my landscaping needs for my yard within a cluster home community. I left a voice mail and was contacted right away. This was in the middle of summer, probably his busiest time, so he indicated that he could come look at the job on the following Sunday. He never showed up and never called. I can certainly understand being busy and not even showing up, but I would have appreciated the courtesy of a phone call. I re-arranged plans that day to be home for the appointment.

I contacted Dale to see if he could help with my flower beds. We recently moved into a new house and the landscaper had planted the shrubs in compacted red clay soil and they weren't doing well. Dale gave me a quote and we set up the time. Dale kept in touch by phone letting me know about any changes to the schedule. He and his team brought everything needed to complete the job,. They worked hard, were courteous, and did a great job. They cleaned up when they were finished. I am hoping to use them again for another project when the weather cools down a little.

Second summer we've used Dale and his crew. Excellent results both times. Will definitely use again.

Honestly, all D & B did was mow front and back lawn . Always had to request services that were listed in contract. Those stated above. Grass was cut in patches and service men did not clean up remaining debris from trees Or bushes. It appears D& B is more Concerned with quantity not quality in lawn Care. Lawn treatment, what Lawn treatment ?? No longer using them I use Magnollia lawn care, instantly Can see the difference and cheaper too.

Called and left message for quote. Dale returned my call and said that he would get over to my house the following weekend and get back to me with information. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. I was interested in getting a quote for annual lawn care. Am now using another lawn care company

Dale has been taking care of my lawn for 3+ years now. and I have always been 100% satisdfied. Only one time, on Dale's first visit back in 2011, did I have an issue; they cut my grass too short to match my neighbor's, but my front yard is too lumpy for a close shave. It grew back and everything has been great since. They come out every 2 weeks and keep my yard looking tip-top all year. His crew is very professional and they work fast, not cutting any corners, just very efficient. Dale has been taking care of my lawn for 3+ years now. and I have always been 100% satisfied.

Dale and his team are true professionals. They come on time and get the job done without our intervention. The only thing I would like to change is make the price a bit more reasonable, but apart from that we are very happy.

I contacted Dale by phone and he responded very quickly. He came out to do an estimate promptly and called back within a few days. He has been doing my lawn maintenance for 2 months now and I have been very pleased with the work quality and his professionalism.

I have been using this service for almost 2 years now, and the service is still as good as it was on day 1 They suggest things to make my yard better, or if I tell them I want something done they do it the next time they are out and it is always done just right the first time. Very reliable service and I am happy to use them for everything i need. Mow, edge, blow service -- fertilizing for grass and plants, trimming for plants and bushes, mulch service for flower beds. Everything has exceeded my expectations and I am happy to have found them here on Angie's List!

I have used Dale's company for 3 years now. Overall I am very happy with their service and they offer a fair price. My yard is a little under 1/3 acre, but on;t 1/2 of the backyard is cared for. Dale uses a rather large, professional riding mower, and I have to remind him that I like my grass to be a bit tall. There are a lot of uneven areas in my yeard and cutting too close just results in brown splotches until the grass recovers. This is not a big deal, as Dale is always very responsive to any requests. Dale's company is very busy and it can be difficult to get a spot in his rotation, but He can usually work you in within a week or so. Even on days when the weather is bad in the morning, Dale's crew has shown up to tend my yard, even after 8:00pm. While this might be a little late for some people, it shows how dedicated he is to meeting deadlines. On occasion, I have asked D&B to trim back some bushes, hedges and wisteria on a per job basis. The quality if their work is always good, but you can find lower rates if you shop around. However, sometimes it is simply easier to have someone that you are familiar with do the work, even though the price may be a bit high.
