Dale always does a great job! He's my go to guy for all of my lawn needs. I wouldn't hire anybody else! He's the best!

Dale and his crew came in the fall and did my fall clean up (see my review) his work then was excellent so now it was time to get ready for the Spring to shine. That's exactly what Dale and his crew did for my yard make it shine. Picked up all branches and rubble, pulled huge amounts of weeds in all my flower beds. Sprayed for weeds (safely) put down 15 yards of "red carpet mulch" by hand!!, rearranged rocks in fish pond area, blew, cleaned and felt my yard looking like something out of a magazine. I am extremely pleased with the work completed and highly recommend D & B. He is a dream to work with and a true professional. Julie

My yard is a big job, lots of hard wood trees, an abundance of leaves and branches to clean up. Dale and his guys did an excellent job. Spent appox. 4 1/2 hours making sure every last leave was removed. They were professional, hard working and worth every $$ spent. They went beyond the call duty and I will most certainly have D & B return for my Spring spruce up. Dale and his crew did all the extras I asked and left my yard looking perfect and all ready for my Christmas company to arrive. Dale was very responsive and professional. Despite the consecutive days of soggy rain. He stuck to his word by completing what I needed done before November 7. This meant a lot to me. Thank you! Lawn looks great. Will use his services again in the future when I need them.

Dale and his crew just left my house and I couldn't be happier with the work that they did. I wanted curb appeal, and now I have it. They did an amazing job and I've already asked Dale to come back and do some more work in my yard! He is polite and courteous, and showed up when he said he would. It was hard to schedule because he was very busy. He did not come right away. In fact, he changed schedule for about a week after he was going to. That was a little frustrating, but we got it. When he came, he did a good job. I will continue to use him. His pricing is good. He was not quite as quick as I wanted him to come. He was on time. He came when he said he was going to.

We got behind on yard maintenance this summer, and it was to a point where our wimpy push mower wasn't able to handle the crazy tall weeds and bushes. I called Dale on August 26th, then communicated mostly via text afterwards. He came out promptly the next day to provide a quote, which we agreed to on the 30th. On the 4th of September, Dale said that due to workload (maybe also being short a few guys? I think?) he'd get to us next week or the week after. Fine with us, though we were a bit antsy to get it cleaned up - the yard looked so bad. It would've been nice to have a tighter date range to expect them, but I understand several things can affect outdoor work (weather, workers, etc.). Dale and his team came to perform the job on the afternoon of the 15th. They were fast, efficient, and professional. I actually sat in the living room and watched them as their equipment cut through the weeds and brush like it was butter. They even got to a few areas of the yard I wasn't expecting them to. Afterwards, the yard looked wonderful! We are super pleased with the price and quality of the work. And Dale, I hope you didn't actually get stung by the rogue yellow jackets!

Great service! Very professional and friendly.

He does a great job. He's very professional, very personal. I always stop and talk to him when I know he's outside. We have widow who lives next door and he help her out by cutting her grass also. He's really nice. He never complained about that. He adds a little more, not an entire bill so it's great. I'm sure the price is reasonable because we have had other lawn services and we didn't call them to come back. If we have to call him or text him, he always calls right back or texts right back. We have recommended him to other people in the neighborhood who now use him.

I have used Dale and crew on several occasions. Always does a professional job and easy to work with (no pressure). My wife had a shower party scheduled for 04/18. He "bailed me out" by getting yard all spruced up on the 16th. Thanks Dale. He does stay very busy, so you need to get on his calendar early.

Dale and his team did a great job! The job was cleaned up very nicely (even refuse he didn't create). He was on time and we are very pleased.

Dale's team did a fantastic job. I have a fenced backyard surrounding 15-20 hardwoods and pines...in other words, LOTS of leaves. There is no rear gate in the fence, so no easy way to remove the leaves. The guys removed a section of fence and blew all the leaves out the back into the woods using several industrial blowers. Afterwards, they professionally replaced the fence section and laid a fresh layer of pinestraw. Dale worked with me on the price to accomodate my budget and the work was done in only a few hours. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again..

Great. I was amazed at how quickly they completed the work. The team of 3 was efficient! Dale is my go to landscaping guy going forward.

Called the provider and they said they would not likely be able to make it out today. I had taken an day off of work to be here for the service which I lost out on a days salary.

Dale's crew has done a great job and went above and beyond their duty to clean up afterward. They even mow the lawn afterward to clean out the leaves after trimming the trees, which is not part of the estimate. I really appreciated his team's work and the service definitely an "A" rating. Beside the work, the crew is very polite and accommodating, they even helped me remove some small tree roots in the flower bed, which is not part of estimate either. The only issue I had with Dale is communication initially, but if you can follow through with him, he will provide excellent landscaping service. I called him about 3 weeks ago and he came out one evening to provide an estimate. I asked him to email me a copy of the estimate and let me know when he confirms a schedule to come out to do the work. 2 weeks past I didn't hear back from him and had to call him to follow up, then he scheduled me the following week and requested a deposit of half of the total amount. I was little hesitant since this is the first time I am doing business with him. However, I was OK to pay the deposit after he explain to me that he has to purchase the mulch first. In the past there are customers cancelling the service after he made the purchase. and he end up losing money. I see most of the bad rating are due to Dale assuming the customer has found other service provider and did not follow up. I think this is one area he can improve on. Although Dale accepts credit card, I still end up paying him with a check. There are 4 people came out and put in a good 5 hours of work from 8am to 1pm with very few breaks. They are very hard working people, try to pay them with cash or check so the bank doesn't take another cut from their pay.

The service is excellent. They are punctual and their pricing is reasonable. The customer service is excellent. They are friendly, courteous, and responsive. They do a very neat clean up.

Communication was terrible. I started trying to meet with them and get a quote on 4/27/14. Finally heard back on 5/5/14 with just a quote amount - no details of what they were going to do for that price. I asked to meet with them to show them exactly what I wanted done, but that never happened. Finally, on 5/21/14, Dale sent a list of what they planned to do, but I don't know if it was exactly what I wanted. I gave up.

I called Dale and asked him to come to my house to give me an estimate to remove two large holly shrubs and to trim several other large overgrown shrubs away from my house. I'm having some exterior wood replaced and the whole house painted so the shrubs needed to be trimmed back for access. Due to a misunderstanding, Dale showed up at my house that same evening, but I was not home due to another commitment. He called me and we arranged for him to come out the next evening. Dale showed up as promised and gave me an estimate on the spot. He said he would check his schedule and let me know when he could start. A few days later he left me a voice mail saying he would send someone out the next day. That day was Saturday, and Robert showed up about 9:30 to start work. I reviewed what I wanted done with him and he worked throughout the day, finishing up about 4:00. He loaded all the trimmings into a large trailer parked in front of my house. Dale contacted me and asked if it was OK for the trailer to stay in front of my house overnight because he had some out of town business to attend to. I told him OK. He picked up the trailer the next day around noon. The work was performed as I requested and the yard was left in good condition.

I like their efficiency, they come before people do work, they get thins done in 15 minutes I don't have complain about their work. They can come up with other sequencing. Quality is good, but they can become better with the sequencing.

Dale and his team showed up right on time and got straight to work. They really transformed my overgrown back yard into a place that is now usable and maintainable. I cant say anything but great things for Dale and his crew. Everyone was polite and professional and did a fantastic job. I would recommended Dale to anyone I know and will be calling him again in future as need arises. Thank you Dale.

It was excellent. Dale came out and gave me a price, but was unsure of scheduling, because of weather. Then, a day or two later, he had a cancellation and called to see whether it was an acceptable time. He and his crew did excellent work. They were thorough, and did just as I had asked. Could not want a better response.

I have been using D&B for 4 years now and couldn't be happier. I found them through Angie's List way back in 2010 and have always been happy with Dale's work. Since that time, most of my immediate neighbors have switched to D & B (I think they do 5 yards on my cul-de-sac!). They show up when scheduled (unless it's raining or the ground is really wet) and finish my yard in ~45 minutes. My lot is only 0.4 acres, so it's on the smaller side. When they get delayed by weather, it can take a couple of days to catch up with all of their clients, but they never leave us hanging.

I found Dale on Angie's List. It was two days before our scheduled Easter Egg Hunt. The company that we usually use for pine straw did not show up. Each year we have an egg hunt and party for our 8 grandchildren and friends children. Followed by a party. We were in a bind. The winter was so bad we lost several shrubs and the yard was so ugly with no top dressing. Plus we didn't have the nice pine straw to hide our eggs in. I talked with Dale And explained my situation. Even though he had planned his days work he found a way to help me out. He was here within an hour and brought enough workers to get the pine straw spread in a very short time. As it turned out I underestimated the amount that I needed. However, Dale gladly went back for more pine straw and his workers dug up the dead shrubs and planted the four shrubs for me. Dale and his crew worked quickly and finished the job beautifully. They were all polite and professional. I will be contacting Dale to get an estimate from him for taking over all of our yard maintenance. A very satisfied customer.
