Dale and his team did an awesome job! They were prompt and responsive to my requests, professional and reasonably priced. The lawn looks great and I've contracted with them to be my regular lawn maintenance crew.

Even though his quote was slightly higher than TruGreen (after they kept lowering the price to get my business), I have selected D&B because of all of his great reviews on this site.

This service was very eager to do a good job. At their first time at my house, they took meticulous care and worked diligently. After their work, the supervisor contacted me to ask what I thought of the service. I had mentioned what a wonderful job, but that they had missed one small area... and he immediately scheduled them to come back to fix at no extra charge. This company does good work and actually cares that they are meeting the customers expectations. I couldn't be happier with the company.

Contacted D&B Quality Lawn Service for drainage and lawn maintenance. Dale came out and was very helpful in suggesting what was needed to correct drainage. He gave a fair quote to correct drainage problem, retaining wall and lawn maintenance. Work on drainage and retaining wall was done quickly and the work site was left clean and neat. Dale's detail to lawn maintenance is outstanding and will be using him in the future.

It's a great job. Looks like you could eat off the ground, anywhere; it's that squeaky clean! And owner/estimator Dale Durden is friendly and personable and, most important, really knows what he's doing. That's a winning combination, by me ? I'll be asking him to do more work in the future. Count on it.

Mr. Durben arrived within 30 minutes of my call for an estimate and came back for a second visit when my project expanded beyond my original plans. He was very professional and extremely courteous and I immediately realized he was a man of great integrity. His estimate for the work I needed was very fair. He arrived on 1/22/13, two days after I gave him the go ahead to complete the work, and he and his crew did a marvelous job of trimming trees, pruning bushes and trimming hedges. My landscaping has never looked this good. I intend to have him do additional work for me and highly recommend him to my family, friends and members of Angie's List!

Job went very well. Dale & his men came on time, were courteous, They did everything they contracted to do in a timely manner. They did a good job to make us feel we would like to have them as our reguar landscapers year round.

I called to get a quote for yard work. I set an appointment but the company did not show or call to reschedule. Just won't call again, guess they don't need the business.

Dale was really easy to get in touch with and responded really quickly. He came out quickly to scope out the work and provide his quote. We were also having remodeling done at our house around the time we initially scheduled the work, and he made it easy for us to reschedule since we (contractually) could not have other work being done at our house at the same time, and the remodelers took much longer than estimated. Dale's team came out the week before to cut back and spray the existing weeds (which were out of control) then followed up the next week, completing all the work in a single day (wow!). During the work, they found that the roses to be transplanted actually had very shallow roots and would not transplant well, and they supplied new ones to replace them to keep with the plan we had mapped out. Everything turned out so much neater and cleaner looking than the crazy overgrown roses and mismatched privets that we had before---and with the weed mats, it should all be a lot easier to care for in the future. His team also cleaned up our existing holly shrubs so they would look nice and clean like the rest of the work. The result was really terrific!

Excellent. We moved to this area recently so are not sure what grows best here. Dale helped us decide and sent us pictures of the shrubs before he purchased them for us. He even designed a bed around them. We are extremely pleased with how it turned out.

Very satisfied with the work that was done

Dale came to give us an estimate the same day I emailed. They started work that week as agreed and did a great job ! We have since used his company for regular lawn maintenance and would recommend them any time !

I called Dale to ask for an estimate to do the hedge trimming for my front yard. He came out 2 days later to see the the yard and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving me his opinion on how to trim the bushes so that they would look good throughout the winter season. Dale and his crew came to do the work the next week and they did an amazing job. Everything looks great and I am definitely going to get Dale to come out in the spring to cut the hedges back further. Dale even called me a couple of days afterwards to make sure that I was happy with the work. That is unheard of these days! I am a Realtor and I work with a lot of contractors and home repair/maintenance providers. I wish they were all as honest and reliable as Dale Durden. I will be recommending Dale to all of my friends and clients.

I called Dale 2 weeks ago and set up appointment to review work I wanted done. He kept his appointment and we discussed all things to be done to my yard. He then told me approximate date to start work and estimate of all costs. Dale called me later to tell me when he would come to perform work... he was on time, and did not leave until I reviewed all work and was completely satisfied. Great job by Dale and his crew!
