Joseph was our technician. He was punctual, professional and thorough. We like the ease and convenience of scheduling an appointment. Coolray is an excellent company!

A Cool Ray Representative called me to schedule an appointment between 3:00pm and 3:30pm on Saturday. The service tech did NOT show and I did not receive a courtesy call. I finally received a call from the company the following Monday @ approx. 3:30pm. Highly disappointing considering I rushed home from another event to meet the tech. /M.S.

Was quoted a price of $1,102 to replace. I Googled the fan motor and it costs $209. No way labor to install that fan motor should be almost $900. Looked on YouTube and there are plenty of videos showing how to replace the motor. I'll be buying the motor and doing it myself for $209. Still had to pay service call fee of $79. Very disappointed especially since I see all the others give them such a good rating on here. Do your homework before you let them rip you off!

They usually come out in the spring and the fall. It's the only company I really ever used. I took about 45 minutes. They leave it clean.

As awfully as it could. The technician came to my home, broke my system, and Coolray refused to return and undo the damaged caused unless I paid for a $1,057 repair. Stay far, far away from this company.

They have great customer service, the mechanics are very great to work with, very respectful and they are on time.

They did a thorough job, and I noticed I need to purchase a new lamp, and they know that already, and they will replace that when they come. They did solve the problem, so they did good. They should have been a little softer, to find out what it was. I put up with something that I shouldn't have to. The guy did recommend it, but I ignored it at the time, I had a lot of stuff going on. I called again, and he said I really needed it. I didn't act on the recommendation. Its not their fault. If I done it in the first place, I wouldn't have had the problem.

I have used the same one for years, and I am very happy with them, and I am never going to change. Very good service, sent the same guy, not like its the same guy every time. You have to pay for a new filter. That keeps your air clean, and part of your servicing. Guarantee servicing with our heating and air conditioning. All we do is pay for the service call, which is to buy the filter. Pay for the attachment to the intake system, to kill any mold spores, and that has worked really well. Kind of left a mess after they installed all the new duct work, left trash under the crawl space. I called them and asked if they wanted to take care of it, they apologized and came and took care of it. They must have been in an hurry. Price is very fair, we did shop around a bit, its not the cheapest, but its the best. Quality is good. I can say I'm a long time customer, been in the house for thirty four years in July, and always did a good job. They respond on time. They are professional. The work took about an hour or less, inspect make sure its ok, check thermostat, and everything, about an hour, and changed the filter. They installed the new thing, that takes longer.

We are on a service contract with them and it's like $200 a year. We have been using them for 6 or 7 years. They're just good to deal with. They keep up with us and let us know when they need to do the check up. They do it twice a year.

They come out twice a year for system check ups and if there's a problem they come out right away. The work took about a half hour.

Just one person to complete the service and it took less than an hour. They were friendly and on time. They cleaned up after themselves. The AC is working.

They're a great company. They did excellent work. It was one worker and he was excellent. The work did not take long.

I called for a service appointment for March 14. When I mentioned the downstairs unit she said it was not in the contract. But she then researched the issue and found that it was in the proposal and honored the terms of the proposal. On March 14 the technician did a fine job serving both units. I am very pleased with Coolray.

The guy was great and it has been better since. I have a contract with them. This visit was particularly good. He was very easy to work with, looked outside the box to find a solution for us and he did.
