Cool Masters Heating and Air Conditioning

Mr. Jonathan Perez came to my home to give me a quote on a new AC unit. He said he wanted to check out the unit first before giving a quote. He explained everything to me while checking the unit. The problem was with the capacitor. It had just been replaced by another company in November and it was the wrong size for the unit. It was causing the unit to overheat and shutting off the fan. If this had continued the motor would have been ruined. I can possibly get 1-2 years more use from the unit now, thanks to Mr. Perez. It is almost unheard of this day and time to get someone who is honest and just wants to build a relationship with customers. Two other companies that looked at the unit sent me quotes without even looking at the unit. Mr. Perez could have done this as well but instead took the time to see if it could be fixed. I will use this company for future maintenence on the existing units and will most definitely purchase a new unit from them when it is necessary.

We had previously been told that we needed a new unit. Cool Masters came out the same day we called. They arrived at 830 pm. I was impressed they would still come out so late. They unblocked the line and added coolant and got us working within 30 minutes. I am calling them back to come out and fix the duct that broke.

Professional and provided good information and service.

It went well. I was a little frustrated at their timeliness, but they were always professional and extremely friendly and easy to work with.

Remarkably prompt. They called thirty minutes prior to arrival and arrived as stated. Technicians took photos and explained the current state of our unit to us. Proceeded with plan of repair as advised and everything works great now. This is the second time I've used them, and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else to service my heating or a/c.

It went very well. The one thing I was impressed with, they checked other facilities for a part they didnt have. They came back in an hour with the part and installed it.

The tech gave initial diagnosis as being a blown circuit board. After removing the ice that had formed, he retested and found a loose connection. The tech informed me immediately, didn't try to continue with the initial diagnosis, even though I wouldn't have known the difference. The tech even came back 2 days later to confirm that everything was working.

They were prompt. They worked with me. They came back for different issues and they actually didn't charge me. One of the issues they did a repair on, I still had issues and they came back and made another repair for free. Their interactions was very good.

Bought the furnace checkup because furnace was cutting off. Came out the same day, figured out the problem and fixed it. Whole thing cost $115. Jonathan was great. Will likely use for a AC checkup when we get close to summer...

The technician came out for the first visit. He was very nice and did the review. I had no problems at all. It took him about 30 minutes. I am now waiting for the 2nd visit in the spring, because I signed the contract for 1 year.

The tech could have taken advantage of the situation but instead was forthright and honest that it was not needed. He also replaced the filter and did not want to charge me anything. Wish there were more honest companies like this around.

Jonathan was here bright and early. He was even running a little early and called on his way to see if that was ok. within an hour the heat was blowing hot air again and he even alerted me to an issue he saw with my hot water heater. I will be having that fixed in a few days and this company will be doing the work. They were great. I habe used them in the paat and was glad I still had their number saved in my contacts.

Made arrangements for the supplier to come out and install the thermostat on October 30th. Upon their arrival, the unit was taken out of the box and I noticed it was not the same, as pictured on Angie's site and the description of the unit was totally different. It was decided, at that time, to cancel the order, as it was not what I thought I was purchasing. The supplier apologized for the misunderstanding and left. Sorry for the delay on reporting this, but I have been out of town since this happened and just arrived home last evening.

I wasnt able to use the deal because the provider advised me that I needed to have wi-fi installed in my house before they could connect the system. I just moved in my new house and still need to get everything activated.

It went well. They were timely and punctual. They came in the evening after hours so we didn't have to suffer in the heat of the summer! Price was good!

The first time they came out the system was dead and something had to be replaced. They came out in August and did a diagnostic test and optimized the system. They had great customer service and they were prompt. It was a good value because they were very flexible. They honored the same price even though the deal wasn't exactly perfect for my situation. They were very honest and had greaqt integrity and didn't try to overcharge me even though I wasn't on site to oversee the work.

First guy said he had found the problem with my AC system but that someone else needed to repair it. This diagnostic service call was covered by the $69 Big Deal I'd bought earlier. A few days later the company's service manager came to do the repairs. He said I need a whole new system, but I told him I didn't want to spend that kind of money at this point and to please just do enough to get it working for now. He added some coolant and did a couple of other things that did get it working; also did a few extra things for which he did not charge. This service call, the coolant, and the repairs cost me $196; it would have been $25 more but the Big Deal covered $25 of the cost of the repairs. The service manager later e-mailed me three cost estimates for different new systems: the first he labeled "Good," the next was "Better," the last "Best." Each was, of course, more expensive than the last. I appreciated his giving me this information, whether I use it or not. Given the positive outcome and the professionalism of the service manager, I would use this company again.

We purchased our AC system from Cool Masters a couple of years ago. They were great then and still great now. They are friendly, not over priced and will come as soon as possible if there is an issue. This was our yearly service to our AC system. They guys came out at the exact time that was scheduled and were very fast. When it's time to purchase a new system we will go to them for sure.

They were late because their truck broke down. It was overall a good experience. The gentleman tried to get the air condition to run again, but told us that we needed a new unit. He sent me a quote to replace the air conditioning and furnace. Took the time to give a list of what was wrong and explained each thing until I understood it.

The tech was very clear what the problem was.
