They were great! He was in and out in less than an hour and it was actually $100 less than he initially said.

They are very efficient. They do the maintenance on it as well. They do very good work.

It went really really well. I was very impressed by them and by Johnathon. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable and did the job in no time. He even came out on a 12 hour notice and got the job done for me.

The service worked out well. We ended up purchasing a new unit from them. A month later it went out; they spent about a week and a half getting our air conditioner working. I liked being able to call them at any time for service.

I received a call from Cool Masters stating that a Technician would be out in about 15-20 minutes which was within the window I was originally told they would be out on July 3rd, Michael came out and introduced himself. I showed him where the A/C Unit was and left him to do his work. He came back in and said the coil needed to be cleaned, which he did, serviced the unit and then I asked him a few questions about the Unit and he answers for everything. My invoice was emailed to me before I wrote my check so I could see exactly what I was paying for. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I paid $69 for the Angie's List Big Deal for a Diagnostic of our AC. The tech came at the time set for the appointment and quickly diagnosed it. He gave us a $20 discount on the repair (not $25 as specified in the Big Deal). He also serviced our unit including balancing our fluid levels, which made our unit run more efficiently. Overall I am very pleased with the service. I was not expecting to spend over $250 to get our AC fixed (Big Deal plus the repair). I'm thinking that the Big Deal was unnecessary, and I could have just called for a repair. I would use them again since their tech was excellent!

Our A/C wasn't cooling upstairs so we had a technician come out. He found a leak in he coil in the attic and said it would cost $1,300 to $1,400 to get it replace. He said he would have to find out if they even have the parts because the parts is 7 years old and they may not have it anymore. If not we would have to replace the entire unit. He was suppose to call us back in the morning or afternoon the next day but we never heard from him. I called the office about 4:00 p.m. and the person I spoke with said she would contact him and let him call me. She even confirmed my return phone number. It is 1:00 p.m. on Thursday and I still have not heard anything from them. Poor customer service!!! If he couldn't find the parts then at least call to let us know and tell us the entire unit would have to be replace instead of coming out and charging us a service call and become MIA when that service call money was suppose to go towards the repair fee. Will NEVER attempt to even do business with them again.

Over all, great work, they came out as soon as they could, and all of the extra advice was very helpful. The cost seemed a bit high for an unclogging a pipe, but I guess any type of service call is always going to be pricey.

He came in exactly when he said he would. On entering the house, he went about the problem in a very professional manner. He looked at the problem and after he realized what was wrong, game me a good understanding of the issue and the diagnostics. He checked the other 2 units for free (we have 3 in all) since they did not have any issues (he did not have to do it). I am not calling anyone else for my HVAC issues. I am glad this worked out.

They were very responsive on Memorial Day weekend, arrived on time, fixed the problem, and offered coupons that reduced the cost of the trip by $20. Suggestions were offered for future maintenance and cleanup of our second unit. I was pleased to work with them and will see if I can schedule maintenance on my other unit soon.

I spent about $150 for their last services.

On the first day of Memorial Day weekend, the weedwacker destroyed the wiring coming out of the a/c unit. GREAT! IF I can find someone to come out, they will charge me an arm and a leg! THANK GOODNESS for Angies List! I found their listing for Cool Masters and liked what I read. I called them at 4:30 on Saturday. They calmed me down and made me feel that all was not lost. It probably wouldn't be a major repair. Steve came out about 7:15. He was very professional and represented his company very well. He spoke very highly about his company and how much he enjoys working for them. Customers like to hear that. If the company is making their employees happy, maybe they make their customers happy too. And they did with me! Best dealing I've had on any type of service or maintainance call, AND THIS WAS ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND!! I am very impressed. I felt their pricing was fair. No arm, no leg. They will be hearing from me for all my heating and A/C needs.

We have one filter that is relatively expensive and at a hard place to get at, as usual Jonathon the owner of Coolmasters gave a time frame, and a heads up call when the service guy was on his way. They are kind, friendly and do great work. Our son and his wife are starting a Major Major project with Coolmasters they bought a home last year; (their 1st) and they knew they would have to replace the heating and air and some duct work; We recommended Coolmasters to them. I think they interviewed about 8 different companies over a 7 month period. They chose Coolmasters, not because they were the least expensive, my son said they were about in the middle price wise ; but because Jonathon presented them with three options and gave them the pro's and con's of each option and the long term consequences. He did not push the most expensive option. He was very open and honest with them. I am trying to get my son to join Angie's list because I have found great service providers hear!

The office set an appointment window of 8-10 am, they called 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived within the appointment window. Stephen, the technician who came to my home did a great job. My old water heater was leaking and about to go out. They installed a new Rheem water heater with expansion tank to bring it up to plumbing code. Great job Cool Masters!!!

Jonathan was fantastic. He showed up on time, and was extremely knowledgeable and professional - gave us all the information we needed to know on our HVAC system and gave us a list of what we needed to do to get it fixed. I would be delighted to work with him any time in the future.

Jonathan reminds me of the serviceman from yester-year. He was timely, polite, and honest. Both times we have used his services we didn't feel like we were being asked to pay for repairs that weren't necessary.

We schedule for the following week to start. Jonathan and his 2 guys arrived on a Tuesday morning and did all of the work while I was upstairs working. They were very polite, professional and explained everything as they went. They worked all day until well after 7 pm and asked if they could come back in the morning to finish. Of course. The next morning only one if the crew arrived but was done and even cleaned everything, including taking away the old bulky ducts, by 2 pm. After they were finished, I went down to see their finished work. There were a few things I was unhappy with and felt were not what Jonathan and I originally discussed. That evening I sent an email asking Jonathan to call me the next day. The office called in the morning and set up a time for Jonathan to come back the next day. Not only did Jonathan come back the next day, he said that the most important thing was my happiness with the work and sent his guys back that afternoon to fix it. Again, when they were finished they cleaned up everything and left the area in better condition than when they started. I would not hesitate to use Jonathan and Cool Masters again!

I contacted Coolmasters around the second week of Oct. to get an in home estimate for an HVAC system install to complete my basement. I scheduled the appointment for the following Friday, and two technicians came around 11:30, (which was 30 minutes past the scheduled time). THe two guys who walked through the details with me were nice and professional enough in their assessment and feedback. However, upon concluding the estimate walkthrough the gentlemen mentioned that he would drwa up the details and get an written estimate to me by that evening. So after a week of not hearing from the Tech or anyone from CoolMasters I decide to call and check on the estimate. The young lady I spoke to mentioned that my email address may havebeen copied down wrong and she apologized and assured me that they would get the estimate out to me. Almost two additional weeks have passed and I havent heard anything back from the company so far. I have sinced moved on in my research for an HVAC company, and will not be contacting Cool Masters again. Please note I can not testify or give any insight into thier actual work since none was completed for me. I am giving this review based purely on proessionalism and responsiveness.

My family woke up to a very cold house and I couldn't understand why because I set the thermastat to to 74 degrees. I realized that we had a problem and immediately went to Angie's List for help. I saw great reviews for Cool Masters, so I gave them a call and got the voicemail. I received a call back within a half hour with good news that someone was in our area and would be able to come immediately. Jonathan came with the greatest attitude and professionalism. He even took off his shoes and left them outside. He quickly identified the problem and gave me the price in advance. I was happy with the price and the workmanship. He was quite knowledgeable and friendly. Overall I would recommend and continue to use Cool Masters for any future issues.

Jonathan went above and beyond with our replacement HVAC system. Highly recommended!

Jonathan is a stand up guy. he has installed complete hvac systems in to of my homes. the first one we didn't go with what he recommended "because I was being cheap" but the system has worked perfect. recently we had an issue and my wife called a different company out to see what's up. they said the system was out of warranty and that I would have to spend between 1500.00 and 2000.00 to fix it. I called Jonathan he ran out to the house saw that the compressor went bad, but when he installed it he made sure to get us a long warranty on the parts. he fixed it for about 350.00. Now on the second house I went with everything Jonathan recommend. that house is about 3000 SQF, two floors with a basement and my year round heating and air bill has averaged 175.00 a month winter and summer. the extra money I paid up front has already been returned to me. Overall this guy knows what he's doing better than most HVAC people I have meet.

Jonathan was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He examined my internal unit and my external unit, which is on the roof of my condo building. He let me know of one slight issue, but suggested that I not think about replacing the unit at this time. I was extremely pleased with both the service and Jonathan's communication and have referred him to another family member already. I will be using them again in the future.

The service representative was very informative and courtious, very professional. Gave alot of information and tips for upkeep. They were very hard working and diligent in their work. Cleaned up everything nicely. We are very pleased with this Company.

My AC was not blowing cold air. I called Cool Masters on Wednesday and got an appointment Friday for a non-emergency call. They gave me a 3 hour window and at 2.5 hours I hadn't heard anything so I called them and found out that the repairman had car trouble earlier in the day and was running behind. Since I couldn't wait much later than my scheduled window, they were nice enough to reschedule me for the next day. They called about 45 minutes before the repairman showed which is a nice touch but it would have been nice to know this is a policy because I could have been out and about and easily made it home in 45 minutes without waiting around during the window. So, I understand that things happen and missing the initial appointment didn't bother me since they were so great about rescheduling but I thought I'd include the whole story for information purposes. Onto the repair itself. Firstly, the person scheduling my appointment instructed me to leave the compressor off but the fan running and the technician told me that it was great that I followed directions because many don't and that would have made the repair impossible had I not. The repair technician (Bryan) arrived on time and was very friendly. He seemed very honest and and took me around with him as he performed the service, giving me information along the way. He found that my refrigerant was low and proceeded to add a few pounds to get it up to the correct level at which point everything resumed cooling properly. Service call complete. Now, onto the reason for the "B" in quality. What little I know about HVAC systems is that they are closed and shouldn't lose refrigerant. So, when we found that the refrigerant was low I was surprised that the repairman didn't insist on searching for the leak (because more than likely, there IS a leak). Overall though, that is a minor issue and the service and pricing seemed very good overall. I'll be interested to see how they handle it in the eventuality that I need further service.
