Description of Work: I have used this provider six times since finding them on Angies List. As a real estate agent and owner of rental properties, I need someone I can recommend with confidence and can trust. They are great.

Description of Work: Out of the blue my AC sounded like a demented monkey was beating it with a wrench. Cool Masters came at the appointed time and found the problem. It was an easy fix (thankfully) and I will gladly use them for any future needs.

Description of Work: The manager at Cool Masters instructed me to contact the original company, Henderson Mechanical , that I used from Angie's List to install a new HVAC system last year to repair my HVAC system since it is still under warranty and Cool Masters could not honor the warranty since they did not install the system.

Description of Work: I had an issue with one of my HVAC units pumping air but not cool or cold air. I used a Big Deal for the service call, and they came out when they said they were going to be here and did a great job. My only complaint with them was that of communication while it was going on - it ended up requiring another $200+ above the deal to repair, and the service guy did not tell me before he went ahead and replaced the faulty part. I would have chosen to have it done anyway, but it was a little strange with him making that replacement without telling me the cost beforehand. (I bumped them from A to B on the 'Professionalism' as a result.)

Description of Work: He did a pressure test on my house, and was supposed to come back out the next day. He did not come back for a month.

Description of Work: They diagnosed and fixed a clogged condensation drain pipe, which was leading to water in the overflow pan. We were impressed with their service, so signed up for a maintenance contract, which they were prompt in implementing.
