COOK CONSTRUCTION

He was hired by the warranty company and collected money from me and also tried to collect money from the warranty company, and I believe they did pay him. When it would rain the roof would leak and I would end up calling him and he actually cussed me out on the phone. I called the home warranty place and told them what happened and they got a hold of him and he cussed her out too. The owners name is Greg Cook. I pulled up his license and he was licensed out of Florida, but I couldn't find anything for in Georgia. It was just terrible. The warranty company ended up sending out somebody else.

The company came out promptly to do an estimate and work was scheduled for a week or so later. We were told we did not need to be home when the work was to be done, and that we would be sent a bill. Over a month after the scheduled work date, my wife was home alone and heard footsteps in our house; she thought someone had broken into our house and was extremely scared. She eventually realized the sounds were coming from the roof and not inside of the house. A few days later, we received a bill from Cook Construction for their work. When I called them, they stated that it had rained on the originally scheduled work day,so they delayed coming out to do the work. They were not apologetic that they had never contacted us about the work being rescheduled, that they had come over a month late, that they failed to ring the doorbell or call in advance to let us know they were coming, and that they scared my wife half to death. Their behavior has been completely unprofessional. Cook Construction was sent to us by our home warranty company. If the same thing happens to you, there is an easy solution. Request that your warranty company refer you to a different company instead. Most will be happy to do so.

Fantastic job. We were very unflexible about the time, but they were able to come out at 6:30am to take care of the job. Done in 40 minutes, one would never be able to tell they had been there! Polite, fast, clean. I will call them without a doubt if I ever need additional drywall work.

Cook Construction was hired by my warranty company to do the work in my home. I was worried about the quality of their work but they did a great job. They were prompt, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The repairmen even did some extra work for me and did not charge me.
