 + -1 moreIt didn't go very well. I had the Military Channel but lost it on the upgrade. Also the amount I was being charged was $191 which is way over the previous plan was. I called about the missing channel and the price and was stonewalled. They would not even consider helping me in any way. I am going to drop them as soon as I can.
Description of Work: I have had Comcast for about 10 years. No real problems with internet or TV. The problem is my rates keep going up. I was called in January of this year (2016) and told I could get a better plan for the same money (about $131).
