Classic custom pools

We hate our pool! The 1st 2 years we had nothing but problems with air in the lines and suction problems. Our pump burned up in the 1st year but luckily it was replaced by the warranty. After our warranty was expired... we still had problems with the suction, so we called an underground expert to find the underground leak. The source of the leak was where all the pipes meet underground in front of the pool equipment and it was discovered by the expert we hired, that the pipes were only "dry fitted" and never glued. We have proof by photos that glue was NEVER applied! No wonder we had problems for years! The company also made our pool too deep and the water is up to our neck when we step off the steps! Also, they should have mentioned that flagstone will deposit mineral buildup on our pool tile where the "spa overspill" is. Really hate our pool. It's definitely not a "vacation in our backyard" !!!

Building a pool isn’t a decision to be taken lightly; nor is it a project to commit to with the wrong expectations. It took my next-door neighbor a solid year and half to build his pool, and that was with three different pool builders. When it was all done his pool was beautiful, but his experience was horrible. Considering his experience and expense I went into my pool project with very low expectations. I interviewed 5 different pool companies and ended up with Classic Custom Pools. I was thoroughly impressed with Richard’s knowledge and competency. Working with Cynthia and Mimi on a regular basis was a bonus as well. Their proposal and onboarding process was very fluid and easy to move through. Cynthia is incredibly talented and designed my pool to fit perfectly within our backyard. Mimi is the consummate communicator and between her and Cynthia I couldn’t have asked for a better team. It took a little more than 3 months from the time the excavator arrived to complete the project. All milestones were perfectly communicated, and any pricing and invoicing was very transparent and accurate. There were absolutely no surprises. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. They have exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone considering building a pool.
