+ -1 moreThe overall experience went fine. I would call them back again. They did the job quickly and it ended up looking good. I like the chemical clean, because it dries quicker and it is safe for my pets. They were reasonably priced and they put out coupons which is nice.
Description of Work: I use Chem Dry of Dixie for carpet cleaning. They came out to clean my carpets and an area rug.

+ -1 moreExcellent. We have used them repeatedly. Jessica in the office handles everything perfectly and professionally. She's very friendly, too. The one time we had to have them back out to re-do a section they were quick to take care of it.

+ -1 moreARRIVED ABOUT FORTY-FIVE MINUTES LATE, BUT DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE CARPETS AND WAS ABLE TO REMOVE ALL STAINS. AS PROMISED, THE CARPET WAS DRY WITHIN TWO HOURS.
