Perfect Experience. Everything went very smooth. Job started on time. The painting crew worked very efficiently. They did a magnificent job! Everything done and cleaned up spotless in one day. The paint looks great. I am very satisfied with all aspects of this project and would highly recommend CertaPro. Scott Pierce is a true professional and you can tell he cares deeply about customer satisfaction.

The experience with certapro was easier than I imagined it could be. Our paint crew was led by Daniel. They showed up on time each of three days they were scheduled. Daniel was gracious, kind, and professional. He took some time to figure out what we wanted and exactly where we wanted different paint colors. Then they moved furniture for us and got started. They worked fast and Cleaned up after themselves. One of the things that I enjoy while they were in our home was listening to them talk and laugh amongst themselves while they worked. Clearly they were enjoying the company of one another. They're painting was amazing. The detail was so impressive and appreciative. All of the cutting in work was clean. I was not left withpaint splatter. Once the inside was completed they moved to the outside. Our deck was a mess. They got that cleaned off and then new paint applied to it. The company we had had to do that for us a couple years ago did a horrible job. And I was very wary of how it would go this time. The difference in the quality of the work with Certa pro was not hard to spot! We had a smooth paint job. No drips no inconsistencies. They were able to complete the entire interior of my home and my deck and front porch in three days. It was finished professionally, cleanly, and without any flaw. I had initially been concerned because the quote I received from Certa pro was more than the "I had received from another painting service. I went with Certa pro because they were highly rated by Trust Dale. Once their job was done, I was quick to say that I definitely got what I paid for! I have no regret that the cost with Certa pro may have been a small percentage higher. The work that I received was a great percentage better than what I have had before. After using Certa pro for our home, we later needed painting for my husbands office. There was no question who we would call. And it was Certa Pro. And we have no regrets!

Initial contact with the office is great as Scott, Beth, and Tracy were very responsive and courteous each time we contacted them by phone or email. Scott was punctual for the initial walk through and was very polite, gracious, and overall great to work with. The quote was an excellent price for the amount of work and quality of paint. Upon acceptance of the quote, scheduling the paint job was quick and easy. They were gracious and flexible when we had to make a last minute shift to their schedule. On paint day, Daniel and the team showed up when expected and were gracious and professional. They moved quickly, professionally, and did a great job. It was enjoyable to watch them interact like a well choreographed team. Clearly they have worked together for some time. The paint used was a professional paint with a very even and luxurious finish (I'm sure a mix of the quality of paint and the skill of the team.) Upon completion they followed up to make sure there were no issues. Brief touch up of trouble spots and they were done. Billing was smooth and efficient with great communication from the office team. We have had other painters in the past and there has always been some sort of an issue. I have nothing but the highest praise for the whole team at CertaPro of Gwinnett. We have had several comments on the paint job and the quality of paint from staff and clients. The carpet cleaners were in a few days later and remarked they were very surprised that there was very little to no splatter considering the walls had just been painted. We are telling others of the job they did and recommending them all around. Would not hesitate to use them again.

They are fantastic. I have used them twice and I have referred them twice. I would use them again. The price was amazing. They are really affordable and very high quality craftsmanship. They keep the property very clean when they are at the property. One can't tell that they are in the middle of the project. They are very agreeable. They have just great work ethics.

Great an the crew were professional and completed the job as promised

Exterior painting was done in 3 colors. Caulked before painting. Protected shrubs. They applied 2 coats and did not spill any paint. Cleaned up completely. Came on time and worked solidly until work was completed. Took about 1 1/2 days. Painters very professional and courteous. I have used them 3 times and will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Owners Scott and Beth Pierce are people of integrity and trustworthy. They deliver excellent products and services.

It went very well! The wacky weather (extreme cold and snow) over the last two weeks really threw some curve balls in scheduling, but yesterday was the first sunny day in weeks and they absolutely knocked it out! Great job, good attention to detail, mindful to get everything back in it's place at the end (hooks, rain barrels and outdoor furniture) and all work litter was picked up! Both Scott and Beth were great to work with as well as their lead guy Daniel. I'll have them back again when needed.

They're very neat and very thorough. They filled every hole and replaced every piece of wood that was rotten. They would clean up every single bit. Although they painted only a few days they just did a wonderful job. A neighbor said one side of their house was faded. It was a couple of years later and they went back and painted the whole side again. They are very good.

No Call back.

There are few service companies I can say this about but these guys are fantastic!! Scott provided a quick proposal and was very helpful in selecting the colors. Daniel and the crew arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally. They took great care to protect our floors and did a beautiful job! We could not be more pleased with the results!

Contacted Scott Pierce about the Painting of our home and he set the appointment and was right on time. A through evaluation was taken and Scott explained everything in detail regarding the job and the quote. The paint crew pressured washed the house on a Friday Evening and the by Monday night the entire job was completed. Scott's paint crew were very polite and worked as hard as I have seen a crew work and they had incredible attention to detail on all carpentry work and paint work performed. My wife and I were very satisfied at the work that Certapro performed and I would highly reccommend them to anyone in need of exterior painting. Ron and Connie Lanham

Scott and his crew are the consumate professionals! I have called on them repeatedly for all my house painting needs over the past decade and will continue to do so as long as he's in business. The expectations are clear. The price is very right. The job preparation is impeccable: pressure washing, filling holes, sanding, etc. When they leave the job (every day and during the work and when it's complete), everything is FINISHED .. no need to clean after them. The work is fantastic; very clean caulking, cut lines and thorough painting (i.e., sufficient coats/coverage). I have recommended Scott's company to many people, 2 of whom have used his services and have been equally satisfied.

I love to paint, but know my limitations. We had a 2 story foyer and 2 story great room...that also lead up to second floor stairs, painted. When Scott came over to give us a quote, he was very professional and "heard" me when I said that I want this done quickly. I had heard neighbors having the same thing done and it dragging out for days and was very stressful. Scott put a 6 man crew on my job, and they came in, did their job very professionally...2 hrs! In and out. You would never know they had been there...moved furniture and clean. They also repaired the dining room ceiling where the cheap builder tape had come unglued...they repaired and repainted. They said some of the paint was still wet and if there was anything that did not show right after it dried, to call them. There was just a couple spots in the foyer - they came back the next day - touched up - and done. They were a little more than some of the competition, however, for the fast, quality completion....well worth it!!!

The service was okay. They only put one coat of paint on without primer, so I’m going to have to repaint it.

They did fine work! My wife was here when they got most of the job done, but everything seemed to have gone well. We didn’t have any complaints.

So far, the services have been pretty good. They seem to have done a pretty nice job! Their price was competitive.

They were great! They gave us a good price. First, they washed the outside of the home, then caulked every hole and crack. They found that the builder didn’t put a top on the front of the columns, so they topped those off to keep the water out. They replaced the rotten wood, then painted the entire home. They cleaned up every day they were here and the crew was very polite. I would recommend them a million people!

The service was great! Their price was competitive and they didn’t try to upsell. I mentioned more expensive paint, and he let me know that paint might now work well with my walls. They were very nice, quick, clean, and put all of the furniture back. I got a great value for the money!

We have done a bit of remodeling in our home over the years and have hired Scott numerous time. This last project was the most difficult because we changed the colors on them more than once! But that didn't create any problem for them at all. They were helpful and patient with us as we made and remade our selections. They were fantastic! From the initial estimate throughout the process they were professional in every way. Scott and Daniel really took pride in the work they performed and were a real pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend these guys!

They did a good job. They weren’t as careful as they should have been around the plants and shrubs. It wasn’t anything too terrible. They made it sound that when they did they did the bid they would be incredibly clean. They were about a 7 in that way. In terms of the painting that was an 8 or 9. It was done as advertised. They were competitive.

They did good. They did more than I asked them to. They were great.
