No problems. Only two painters but they were good.

They showed up a day late due to confusion between the contractor and the dispatcher. Only two men on the crew, so the project took 4 full days. They spray paint, which is probably industry standard, but resulted in uneven coverage, a few drips and overspray. The workers damaged my gutter while replacing an eave. They improperly replaced Hardy plank siding by using the wrong type of nails, leaving the nail heads visible, and not nailing into studs. The overall quality of the finished product was acceptable, but I was looking for better since they had been so highly rated by Angie's list. Their cleanup was harried and, though they removed all of their plastic, paint, paper, etcetera, they didn't bother sweeping up all the chips of paint from the scraping progress, nor did they sweep up the dirt from the outside planter they knocked over and broke (they also never pointed out their mistake, I had to find it on my own, not good form). Again, this is minor, but it is why I rate them average. The price for the painting was good, but they over charge by almost double on the repairs, so make sure you take care of repairs before they arrive.

They were at the house and completed the work as promised. Very clean, and organized. I actually over paid by $40, and they saw the mistake and actually informed me of it, and Sent me a refund of the $40.

Angel and his crew were excellent! They were very punctual and the work was outstanding. Would definitely have them do more work in the future.

I am using them because of their professionalism, they were on time and I liked the cost. They were great. The worker was very professional. I got my estimate in about 24 hours.

They did a great job. They were very attentive to any concern and very detailed oriented.

There wasn't a problem with the quote its just they could not get to us in a timely manner they were very booked up. It was a very fair quote and we would have gone with them if they could have gotten to us sooner.

It was painless. Manny and his crew felt like old friends. They were here for 4 days working none stop, and we got used to them being around! It was kind of sad when they finished the job, because they wouldn't be back! True professionals in every sense of the word and a pleasure to have in my home. The paint looks spectacular. There was not a drop of paint, or a spec of dust, or a blade of grass on my floors every evening after they packed up. Clean up was impeccable. They worked around my family, and met all deadlines with ease and exceeded expectation. They actually came a few days earlier than originally projected, but this was not a problem. They washed the trim and exteriors of the house. They painted all the wood trim and did a good job of cleaning up afterward. When they were finishing up, I asked them to touch up some areas, and they did a good job with the touch up work. All in all, it was a great experience. It is worth it to pay a few dollars more to get a really great job.

The crew that worked on my house was incredible. On the first day, they pressure washed the house and gutters to clean everything and to expose the sections of siding and trim wood that needed replacing. Once finished, the supervisor took me around the house and pointed out every repair that was needed. He was very diligent, answered all of my questions and was willing to spend all the time needed to make sure i understood all the necessary work to be done. Once we agreed on everything, they immediately started working. These guys worked very hard and very long hours. Other than taking a lunch break and a dinner break , I never saw any of them just standing around doing nothing. I was in awe by the drive these guys had to not just get it done and get out, but to get it done right and to make sure i was satisfied with each step of the process. I cant say enough about how professional, courteous and hard working these guys were. Once the job was complete, the supervisor went around the entire house with me to make sure i was completely satisfied with the work. Thanks to Certa Pro of Gwinnett, the house looks amazing.! THESE GUYS ROCK.!!

Scott Pierce and his crew did an outstanding job. I've done most of my own painting during 30+ years of home ownership and am extremely picky about neatness. The job was very well done and exceeded my expectations. The crew was punctual and stayed long hours. The work was completed in three days. They left the property clean. The units were empty when the job was done except for some of my own tools including two valuable saws and a couple of ladders. Nothing was disturbed or damaged. I'll use them again.

Even though the job I hired them for was small and needed to be completed in an extremely short timeframe, they made me feel like a million bucks by: thoroughly explaining the painting estimate, promptly addressing all my questions and comments and completing the painting job with a smile, ahead of schedule and at a reasonable price. I was very pleased they arrived on time and worked very hard to complete the job and finished on time as promised. The job foreman kept me informed and cleared moving items with us before they moved them. I had never used CertaPro before this, but it was on a recommendation from someone who had used them. I also saw their TV commercials and looked at their website before calling for a price quote. The company representative arrived as promised and walked me thru the process. I am very happy with the result and I plan on using them again in the next several months to paint the remainder of our home that we didn't want painted at this time. I would recommend CertaPro Painters of Gwinnett without hesitation. The foreman Daniel did and excellent job along with his crew. Mr. Pierce did an excellent job of keeping us update on the painting date, and worked with us for a great experience with his company!!

I cant say enough about the team that painted my house. I had 4 proposals and chose Certa-Pro based on the fact another one of the franchises had painted at my work office. The team was very detailed oriented and worked hard from the time they showed up to the time they left (which was late each of the 3 days). The house looks great and I couldnt even find any areas they missed in the walk thru. Here's the kicker, they came back 2 days later b/c they remembered something they missed way up high (which I would have never seen) after check out and payment was given. That's just how good this team is. Normally when I have people working at my house I have to follow up and point out issues. This is one of the few times that I could have not even been home (other than having to open doors/windows) and it would have all been fine.

Scott and his team did a great job on our kitchen cabinet painting. Though we painted the cabinet face frames ourselves, we knew that we couldn't produce a quality professional finish on the doors and drawer fronts so we called CertaPro. Scott set an appointment and showed up on time where he gave us an estimate to do the work. We agreed and off went our doors to their facility where they sprayed them in a controlled environment. This kept our house clean during this process. When they finished (which was within the timeframe they estimated), they brought the doors back to us and they looked fantastic. We now have a great looking kitchen and we have Scott and his team to thank for it. We would highly recommend them to everyone and will happily use them on our future painting projects.

The crew arrived on time. Some spackling was done but many holes and cracks were left. The paint didn't blend properly at the brush / roll areas throughout my home. The crew said it was a paint issue. Sherwin Williams provided an upgraded paint and the crew came back out. The 2nd time was a different crew and they were very sloppy. They didn't bother to cover the hardwood floors, cabinets, wood rails, etc. They agreed to repaint to ensure all areas blended properly. Unfortunately the paint still wasn't blended and the walls appeared to be two different colors. I took photos and emailed to the owner and pointed out numerous areas of concern. There were drip marks, holes that were left unpatched, and blending issues in every room I placed post it notes in all areas of concern. While the company says they have a 100% satisfaction policy, I suppose I'm the exception. The owner of the company came out the 3rd time to inspect the work. He did address some of the issues but refused to repaint a large portion of my home. He stated the crew would repair the areas and touch up as necessary. The crew foreman, Joseph, even stated the crew missed areas and agreed the work was sloppy. He also told me I'd be able to see all the areas they patched because the paint would likely not blend. To spend almost $3000 and have to spend hours touching up areas, sanding drip marks, scraping paint drips off my floors and fixtures is unacceptable. I would not recommend CertaPro and would not use them again.
