We found our crawl space with standing water due to the excessive rain in the previous 30 days. This was a week before the 2020 quarantine started. CDG gave a fair quote and started the job within a week. They finished in three days. The crew was very courteous and serious about their work. They kept us in the loop as to their progress and would always let us know when they were coming on the property and leaving. They cleaned up well after themselves. We appreciate Johnny and his crew for a great job. I highly recommend this company.

Hosea and his team spent time digging the trench and laying drain pipe to eliminate the water problem before encapsulating our crawlspace. Hosea provided great service for CDG Waterproofing.

Renato came out early Saturday morning and gave us a quote while onsite. He was very professional and detailed. He sent his crew out and they did an exceptional job. Jamie, the crew leader, attention to detail and customer service was awesome. He made sure we were satisfied and everything was neat and clean before leaving

Rep come out immediately to my house to inspect water flooding in my basement. He was very thorough and answered all of my many questions. Crew was great—hardworking and did not stop. Very honorable team.

Johnny (the owner) listened carefully to my concerns and was thinly company out of 5 that addressed my major concern. His crew went to work as scheduled, and stayed on the job all day and, did the work to my satisfaction, and left the area cleaner than it was when they started. If I should ever have another drainage issue, they are my guys! And I highly recommend them. The only reason I rated the customer service a 4, is the gentleman within the crew that spoke English was a little less than enthused to answer my many questions. And I had a lot of them. A little customer service training would remedy that. But all in all, top notch experience!

My home was built in the 1960s. I’ve had a water intrusion issue for well over a month.. unfortunately, there’s not many companies in my area to choose from and I had no references. I turned to HomeAdvisor and they referred me to CDG. Luckily, Johnny was already in the area and assessed the issue. Gave me different options and explained thoroughly. Will definitely be calling him as soon as I get the loan approved to fix my home.

Johnny came out to see our home promptly. Explained thoroughly and showed me crack damages on my foundation.

8/5/19 had basement inspected, waterproofed and sealed around 7/15/2019, came to job daily until paid in full, next couple of days rained and water leaked to the basement again, have made many attempts to reach them by phone, no return calls, appointments set, no show no call.

They did not do exactly what we agreed to. Work was done but there is still water in my basement as a result of the work that was completed. No follow up from customer service.

They did not show up on my job the first 3 times they said they would be at my home. When they did come, they completed the first phase of the job and left for the day and left a big mess on the side of my home that I had to go out and clean up. The next day, the guys came to install the sump pump. They did a good job putting it in, but when they completed the work, I was charged an extra $250.00 that I did not know I was going to have to pay. I paid that in a separate check than what I paid to Johnny. They did clean up when they left, but I found where they threw a solidified bag of mortar mix over in the woods next to my driveway, which I had to clean up. Maybe my job was an isolated incident, hopefully you will have better results.

Professional, affordable and a pleasure to work with. Johnny met me on Christmas Day to bid on the crawlspace waterproofing! Johnny and the crew came out to the house on short notice to perform the work because of time constraints for the closing sale. Aaron B.
