I was recommended to this company by my neighbor. They were the first one to call so my impression from the start was high. They provided a thorough inspection. I had just bought the home and had no idea this kind of work was needed nor the expense. Johnny made my stress levels ease as he said heâ d have the crew out within an appropriate time. I got several estimates from several companies. All were Angis contacts. They all started at $700+, but later came back with lower estimates. Because their initial pricing and reduced pricing was so close, I believe they are all in cahoots.I was charged $4650 for one days work by 4 unskilled laborers who told me they were being paid $300 each. My math tells me thats $1200 labor. Materials were negligible, probably less then $500. While it is reasonable to make 100% over labor and materials, this job should have cost no more than $3400 maximum. Be warned.

Had to satisfy home buyers contract to complete the sell. Johnny’s evaluation detail exceeded his competitors in more detail & tailored the job, and his bid also came in better. He completed the job on time and his work was thorough. The buyers loved it and the sell went through. Others used scare tactics and insisted the needs were greater than they were. For example they included “necessary” pump. He didn’t so we ask? He explained the mold was very new, very little and the existing barrier just had worn out. But the grade was such that the drain-off was good and a pump was totally unnecessary. We had lived in house 30 years, and tested along the way so we knew it was a recent development. the workers had to take deck boards off the deck to be able to use a machine to dig down by the foundation. they did a good job replacing the boards, however they did not replace some side pieces and broke a garden hose. I have advised the company that I could have someone complete the job and acquire new hose or they could do it. I am awaiting a reply.

Hopefully solved the problem but left the yard a mess. Shrubbery was poorly replaced and died.

They did good professional work. The work was done 18 months ago and the house has been dry through all of the recent rain. I recommend their work.

Workers backed their truck into the driveway digging out the corner of the lawn, along with the sprinkler head. It was dark when they were leaving, unbeknownst to me, when they walked across the street to my neighbors lot and dugout around twenty shovels full of dirt and sod and placed it in the dugout spot in my yard. I didnâ t notice it for two days.

Did a good job waterproofing foundation, but left black asphalt paint well above the soil line and spilled cement on front steps. Also left waterproofing material above the soil line. Work on foundation was completed Dec. 1st. I took pictures and called and texted the supervisor repeatedly. They finally finished cleaning up the second week of February. They pressure washed the asphalt paint off the brick and took out the mortar between the bricks. I am sure they will not be back to repair this. I would not recommend them.

Overall great. Concentrated on resolving areas of concern rather than walk in pushing whole house solution . VERY neat, secured coverings on floors and furniture and they worked HARD.

CDG saved me money. Other quotes I received were three time higher. I've not had any rain since the waterproofing. I'll review again after a heavy rain.

BUYER BEWARE!! This contractor does not keep to their Lifetime warranties. Mr. Garcia was called to replace the irrigation pop-up ($15) 2 weeks ago and still no replacement. He is now avoiding me as well as the head office; FOR an IRRIGATION pop-up replacement. We emailed the head office; no response. IT does not matter to this company contractual agreements; they just want your money. Due to this companies lack of commitment and ethics; we will definitely be seeing them in court in the near future based on their conduct. Again, this was for a small part..What will happen when there is something more major? Stay away from this company!!! Also, contact the BBB etc.

Johnny was very detailed when he came out. Very satisfied with the work performed. Highly recommended.

After work was completed I was told that they would email a paid receipt, as well as information on lifetime warranty. I sent a text to manager or owner of business, but have yet to get that information. Otherwise, they did a good job, took one day to complete, and made minimum mess. Now to get some rain, and see how well this investment works.
