They are very good. They respond very quickly; they just came out and fixed it. Their pricing is reasonable.

They came when they said they would and the work was done when they said it would be. We were very happy with our new system. We bought our home new and the unit put in by the builder was never what it should have been. So we had suffered for 13 years and now we are spoiled by our new system.

we called at 4:45 on Wednesday and they agreed to come on Friday. However, a technician became available on Thursday afternoon, and came a day early. He was here approximately an hour and had our 13 year old air-conditioner up and running. He was courteous, professional, and really knew his stuff. Great Service!!!!

I called several diiferent HVAC contractors to come and give me a estimate for replaceing this attic unit. The unit was 15 years old and needed replacement. After several cost estimates I choose to go with Trane and Knight to install it. The appt. time was set up and the team arrived on time ready to work. They went right to the tasks of taking out the out, both indoors and outside, without delay and before I knew it the were already installing the new system. after what appeared to be a short time( probably about 4 hours from start to finish, but it seemed short) they were testing the system and it was operating fine. They showed me how to do everything on the thermostat, showed me the attic unit( to replace the filter amongst other items up in the attic pertaining to the unit) we went outside and took me on the tour of the outside exchange unit. After this they again asked if I had any questions, which I had some that they answered ( very knowlegdable). A couple of days later the manager came out to inspect the installation and to follow up on anything of interest that I had about the whole process. None because they did a beautiful and quick job.

I had questions about my air filter system and the technician took time to explain various choices in detail. I have used Knight heating and air for about 30 years and always been very happy with their employees and their service.

The service is excellent. They are always on time and have very professional service representatives. They always go the extra mile for their customers.

Thomas showed up right on time, and was very courteous and professional. He replaced a worn out motor on one of our outdoor air conditioning units, and serviced the entire system. I thought he was very methodical and thorough, and made no attempt to sell me services I did not need. He even had covers for his shoes, similar to what surgeons wear, so as not to track grass, mud, etc. through the house. I will definitely hire them again.

The whole process took about 1 1/2 hour to complete. Mr Knight is very knowlegeable and patient. I asked a lot of questions and he seemed glad to answer them without any hesitation. Really friendly, courteous and professional.

We use them all the time. We pay them upfront for the yearly contract. We have had them ever since we moved into this house 3 years ago. We have never had any problems with them. They are reliable and get the job done for us. I guess the price must be reasonable because we are still with them.

The salesman was on time and professional. Servicemen were on time, professional, and did quality work. They also explained the new equipment and how to use it. They cleaned up well afterwards. I would definitely hire them again!

I like them a lot and they do a good job. They come on time and they are professional. I called them for maintenance issue and lot of air conditioning firm try to sell a new furnace because they work on commission. However, these people didn’t do that at all. They said that the furnace was fine though it was 20 years old. I liked that. Their price was reasonable. The guy knew what he was doing.

I called and asked them to go check the furnace. I explained to him that I was not knowledgeable at all about furnaces, but I had been able to get it going a couple of months before when the tenant called and said that it wasn't coming on. At that time, I changed the filter, put the panels back on and it started working......... This time, I felt that since it had an electronic pilot light and I knew the light wasn't out....... there had to be something else....... and I couldn't have it going out with the coldest part of the winter coming........... They went out there and fixed it...... there was a part that was going bad...... so, I'm glad I didn't waste time from work when I would have ended up placing a service call anyway. The guy I talked to was very nice and promised to get someone out there that day. They came through!

They are consistently on top of everything, are reasonably priced, and I am very pleased with their performance.

Home air conditioner had stopped working during the hottest part of summer. Feared the worst, especially after my brother, the auto mechanic, diagnosed it as a dead compressor! After searching the Angie's List database, settled on Knight HVAC Co. They showed up exactly at the appointment time and quickly diagnosed the problem as only a bad capacitor. The technician had a replacement on the service truck, installed it, and we had A/C again in less than 20 minutes after his arrival. He also did a quick check of the system in general and reported no other problems. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.

I also have Knight retain the system for us. They do a very good job every time they come out. They are very clean as well. They even put little booties on their feet so they do not track anything through the house. They are very conscientious and very competitive in their pricing. Unfortunately, I cannot recall a price. I would say that it is a good price, however. I have nothing to complain about.

Tim and his crew provided excellent service. Fair pricing, prompt, and meticulous installation. Trustworthy workers, in the house alone for 3 days without a problem. Good follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Joel Aderhold of Knight AC is knowledgeable about their products and very professional. He was patient in explaining the differences as well as advantages of the extensive Trane line. He was always on time and quickly responded to telephone calls and emails. His written quote was detailed and tracked our agreement and understanding to the letter. The installation crew kept all appointments made and were always on time, and their work appears to be excellent quality, and their personal demeanor is also professional. Their work ethic is admirable and they cleaned the areas they worked after they completed the installation. Overall, the company and their representatives are excellent, professional and kept their appointments and responded timely and fully to any questions we had. They did exactly as their written quote outlined for the exact price quoted. If anything, we suspect they did some extras we are not aware of for no extra charge. Bottom line --- we're impressed.
