Description of Work: We had water leaking from our furnace. He helped us diagnose it and serviced it. He advised us our unit is under warranty until 2021 which we did not know. Loved that. In addition, he told us how to check it after he left to ensure it was fixed. Very nice, no scare tactics, no schemes. Just good polite service. Will always use them!

Description of Work: Heat at the house was out, Randy pulled a technician off a job and got him to my house to trouble shoot the problem. They drove out of town to pick up the part and repaired it in 2 days plus they researched the part to find it was covered by warranty. Awesome customer service.

Description of Work: we have been blessed to be associated with knight heating and air for the last 30 years and have always been treated with care and respect, they seem to know us by hame and any time that I need to call them, they are prompt, courteous and friendly. Years ago, we had a neighbor put in a heating system in our old house, and every time who did we call when it broke down? Knight Heating and Air. They have always taken care of us and we promise to stay with them for as long as needed. No matter what, this is the best in the business.
