The quote was reasonable and I was also given a military veteran discount which was unexpected and no other contractor offered. The construction of 2 gates were included with no additional cost…again, no other contractor offered. The end result is a very beautiful fence, a very satisfied customer and a long term client for future projects. Capital Fencing Pros was the second call we received after placing our request on Angi's List. He came over the same day to see the job and discuss our needs. We greatly appreciated this prompt attention.From the moment Mr. Parker answered the request from Angi until the job was finished, he was very knowledgeable, professional, prompt and easy to talk with, while not adding any pressure to make the sell. We received the estimates within 24 hours of discussing the job and all details were explained. We received daily phone calls or text msg to see if we had any questions. Before starting the work, we received a copy of their Business license and Insurance. In view of the heavy rains we had during the week when the work was to began, the job was finished in a timely manner. We are very pleased with our privacy fence and new deck. Parker did a fantastic job repairing and in effect, replacing our fence. We had a very intricate fence built in 2008, but due to our neighbor replacing our joint fence, we needed to rebuild our side of the fence. Parker understood what we needed and executed a terrific job replicating what we had before. It was no simple task. We had to make adjustments along the way, and Parker was always helpful and very easy to work with. He is skillful and very dedicated in completing the project. He arrived when he said he would, did an amazing job of taking down the old fence, and was very diligent in putting up the new fence. He was patient, kind, communicated very well, and was very polite. He explained every step of the way, and I appreciative the fact that he worked in the sweltering heat. Mr. Parker did an AMAZING job on my parents' deck. They had their first one for over 40 years, but Mr. Parker built this new deck so wonderfully and even added some new features. It's just simply beautiful.
