Description of Work: I use Billy Butler for heating and A/C. They came for a service call and he installed a humidifier. They are my service contractor. They come twice a year to my house to service for summer and winter.

+ -1 moreBilly is awesome! This is the second time I've contracted his services (see other review for 6/24/2012) and I've been very pleased both times. On each occasion he was very prompt and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend Billy!
Description of Work: A/C unit was turning off because the condensation trap underneath was filling, engaging a cutoff switch. Billy found that there was a leak, the condenser coil was caked with dirt and debris, and one of the outlet pipes was clogged. He cleaned the coil, blew out the pipes, and fixed the leak.

+ -1 moreBilly was prompt, very polite, and explained in very good detail what was wrong and why it happened. Very, very pleased with the service.
Description of Work: Billy replaced a defective run capacitor which was causing the fan on the outdoor heat pump unit to not start. The service call was $95 since it was a weekend ($65 otherwise) which was slightly cheaper than other companies I contacted.

+ -1 moreBilly arrived at the scheduled time, was courteous and friendly. He already knew what I had stated in the original call. (Which by the way was very pleasant, and I received a callback from the message I left within 20 minutes.) He took his time and checked many things, before coming down from the attic to look at the thermostat. He explained what he had done and also carefully explained how I could clean the thermostat from battery corrosion. He happily accepted the coupon, which reduced my fee to $50.00. All in all, this was as pleasant a call as possible for an untimely malfunction in my heating unit.
Description of Work: Service call for my Heat, which was not working. He looked at the unit, removed some old packing that should not have been there and tested many elements of the furnace. He then looked at the thermostat and showed me how to clean some battery corrosion from the connections. He also took a quick look at the AC, which I already knew would need a future service call. All was working well when he left.
