Mike and his crew absolutely knocked it out of the park with our new fence! From start to finish, they were total pros. They really care about the details and made sure everything looked perfect. I had a great customer experience with Better Fences! They were very responsive, professional & courteous. Angie in the office was always pleasant to speak with. Mark and the crew did a great job on my fence & completed it in 1 day. Mike the owner came by and made sure I was satisfied with the completed work & the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and would hire them again!

When I called for an estimate, someone came out right away to measure, and I got a quote pretty quickly. However, I wanted some changes in material and location and traded emails and phone calls. Emails were left unanswered. But I honestly couldn't get anyone else to do the job, so after having to call them back many times to get updated quote and to see when they would be coming out, they finally setup a date and showed up. The crew was good and the fence looks great. However, they failed to have utilities marked, even though I asked about it the day before, and they cut my internet cable. I work from home via the internet, so I couldn't work for the better part of 2 days while waiting for the cable repair. Also, I asked for 4' gates but they installed 5' gates. It's not a big deal so I let it slide. The paid receipt is interesting, it says I had 3' fencing and 4' gate installed. I actually had 4' fencing and 5' gate installed. They did good work, so ultimately I got what I wanted. It was just painful to get them to come out, and they couldn't seem to get the number and size of gates clear.

Just had our new fence installed and could not be happier. These guys had obstacles in terms of retaining walls on both sides along with a steep slope and were able to do what they do best. AND THEIR PRICES ARE MORE THAN FAIR after having about 4 companies come out for estimates...these guys came in right at our budget (below everyone else).

It took less than one day to complete. They were the only fence contractor that responded when they said they would, delivered on their commitments, were very professional and followed up. I was very satisfied. They did a good job, everything was cleaned up.

I called 6 different fence companies. Only two showed up to give a quote. Better Decks and Fences took my call and scheduled the date for the quote. They arrived on time for the quote and the install. Only one other company actually showed up for the quote but never actually sent me the estimate. Not only did Better Decks and Fences show up and give me the quote but did a fantastic job. Very accommodating , professional and I would definitely use them again.

Was told that I would receive a quote after they reviewed the requested information. After waiting for over two weeks without a response, I left the company a voicemail, only to have them respond to me via e-mail saying that they currently cannot help me with the work requested. It is a shame since I was looking forward to working with them. I wouldn't have minded a prompt response, but waiting 20 days to hear back from a company is absurd.

Work was completed in one day. No mess. Looks great.

I called for a quote a few months ago and they quickly came out. The quote was very reasonable and significantly below a prior quote I'd received from another company. After reading their reviews and viewing some pictures from other customers I decided to go with them, but wasn't quite ready to install because I had to have some trees removed first. After a couple months I contacted them to start the process. I had the trees out on a Thursday and sent them an email stating I was ready to proceed and the following Monday I received a voicemail that they had set up an appointment for installation on Tuesday. The appointment was set up a little early for me so I had to have them reschedule, but they came out the next day and finished the install in a single afternoon. The fence looks great and is very sturdy. They cemented all the posts and added a tension wire for the bottom as well. I was very pleased with the work and happy with how quickly they completed the install. They move fast so make sure you're ready!

The yard was measured and the type of fence decided on, and within a week the workers were able to start. They told me what day they would arrive, and they showed up that day promptly at 9am. Throughout the day, two to three men worked consistently, and by 5pm they had completed the project. They did an excellent job, the fence is beautiful and sturdy, and I couldn't be happier with it. Whenever I decide to build a deck, I will definitely use the same company.

Due to the weather the crew got a late start but they stayed until the job was done. They knew I had dogs and wanted to make sure I was all set. The fence looks great! They did a wonderful job! Adrienne

They arrived around 9am (2 guys), unloaded their equipment, we walked the yard and discussed what they were going to do. They got busy and were finished around 4pm the same day. They did an exceptional job and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I would use them again in the future.

Very good experience from start to finish. They came out and gave us an estimate to install a fence. As soon as our HOA approved the fence design, I called them back and they started the fence. They worked with us to get the special order sized gates that I wanted and completed the job in three days. They give a cash discount and payment is due when the work is completed.

They were excellent and I was very impressed with them. What I really like about them is that the field posts were broken down and when they initially came out and did some of the square wood that they used between the posts, some of them were not even and it didn’t look as good. I called them and they came right back out and took care of it immediately without any additional cost or hassle.

There were no services rendered, just a phone conversation.

Call back was prompt, and service was completed the same week. The current gate did not close or latch properly, so Mike provided better hardware so that my gate now closes and latches properly.

I got 6 estimates and Better Decks and fences was one of the lowest, nvilleBut I felt more confident from the estimate to completion they made sure I was taken care of I was very pleased with my experience.

This was the second time I used Better Decks and Fences. Everything went wonderfully both times. Installer arrived on time and worked constantly until the fence was installed. I would use Better Decks again and would recommend them.

Mike was on time on the day he came by to evaluate and measure for the quote. He presented several options and also made sure to address pros and cons with each. The install day needed to be rescheduled because of the weather. I did need to call to confirm this on the first day and after that Nanette made sure to keep me informed of the plans. I greatly appreciated that! The young man leading the crew, Mike, arrived on the day of the install and was very professional and ready to work. We went over the perimeter of the fence line and he took careful measurements. What I liked most about Mike is that for the area that would separate the car port from the outside patio, he considered the size and of the area and planned the positions of the posts, fence and gate so that they would be symmetrical and attractive either from the outside looking in or from the inside of the fenced area. He presented his plan to me to be sure that I was okay with it. The crew worked quickly, and were it not for the rain later in the day, they would have completed the entire fence in one day. They returned a couple of days later when the weather permitted to complete the work. The fence looks great!

It went "smooth as silk". The materials were delivered the day before, and they arrived Saturday morning to begin work. I was on my way out of town, and was pleasantly surprised when I returned home! I can actually use all of my backyard now. I would highly recommend them. My neighbors have complimented me on the fence!!

So I called on Monday evening and spoke with mike ( after another company never showed up or called). Mike gave me a price over the phone and had some onsite at 6 am the next morning to look it over and then go get the material he needed. They came out that early because I needed to leave for work. Mike sent a guy named joe out and he is a very skilled worker. Thank you very much for jumping right on my fence issues and for the great quality of work that was completed
