For roofing, my first and only call is IRWIN ROOFING. in 2004 they did repair work on an the roof of home I had purchased a few years before. Then in 2010 after hail and wind damage, they replaced the entire roof including 4 stories up in the back side. Very professional, cleaned up, no drama, reasonable amount of time to complete, etc. BONUS: Donna will deal with the Insurance company! They have been my family's go to for generations. Will continue to use them and recommend them.

This was the 2nd time I used this company. The first time was in 1999 when they totally replaced my roof with a 25 year roof. Unfortunantely, the hail, winds and rains we've had this year got the best of it. It was an absolute pleasure working with them. I only wish the rest of the world was so easy to work with. Donna Irwin was a huge asset talking directly to the insurance company, difficult to deal with, to get the best possible out come. Bennie Irwin not only inspected my roof and tarped it, but came out when the claims agent was there and took another three hours of his time to work with them. The day of the install, they arrived before daylight at 6:30 a.m. ready to work. I believe there were 8 guys working on my roof. They tarped my shurbs about 8 feet out in my yard. They ran a magnet over my drive as well as my neighbors for nails. Other than no leaks and a pretty new roof, you would never have known they were there. I did not have to be there or supervise them. Mr. Irwin was personally on the job site the entire time. The next day they checked on me and came back out after it had rained the first time to check things out. I did not even know they had been there. I received an invoice by email!!!! Nothing up front. Just honest, professional and great people. I've recommended them to others including family, neighbors and friends. I would never use anyone else, nor should you!

Back in 2004, the new roof seemed quite expensive but their work was excellent, on time, and very professionally handled. I was particularly concerned that no nails be left in the grass or bushes, and not one was ever found. In 2009, I developed a small leak, which they found to be caused by a nail backing out. The repair was done at no charge. Two days ago, I developed a larger leak. They were closed on Monday (rare), but on Tuesday (today), they came out. This time, the question was asked, and quot;Has anyone else worked on your roof.and quot; I truthfully answered no and asked why. The response was that the nail patterns were not set the way t hey normally were by his crew. I shrugged and answered, and quot;It was your crew.and quot; They then proceeded to fix the problem, and, again, the charge was nothing.
