I have Sunsetter Awnings. After waiting 5 days for a return call from their dealer requesting a repair, I called Awning Squad. Pedro came right away and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Company arrived at agreed time, efficiently and quickly analyzed and repaired issue. Would highly recommend this company!

Very professional company! Know their job! Wish I knew about Awning Squad years ago. They did an excellent job and reinstalled my awning over my deck properly by anchoring it into the joist -not a hollow wall. Could have collapsed at any moment. Now it is secure!

1st the question of value for what I paid I just guessed my answer because I did not compare their price with anyone else's price. But as far as being friendly and very knowledgeable about their product, I would not hesitate to refer others to them. We had a slight problem with the remote not working after they finished but I'm confident that they will solve this issue.
