He didn't get back to me with an estimate. I still have the same problem . Is there someone else you can suggest somebody else who is serious about the repair

I used AVM to build a lot of my new home. Vo did an outstanding job of scheduling the crews and monitoring the quality of work.

They were a few hiccups but to be expected; but nothing major. AVM team dud an amazing job on finishing my basement. I am very pleased. They made sure that everthing was to my taste and expectations. They worked very closely with me Design. I love love my new space and received many compliments on the pictures that I have shared with friends and family. Thank you Vo, Terrance, Carlene, Carpet Guy, Drywall, Tony, heating & air, electrical and plumbing, flooring and bathroom team. I hope I didnt miss anyone. You all did an exceptional job. I don't know where to start. I met with Tony to get a estimate on the house and he was SUPER nice. Not only that but they worked with us on the price which was great because money is tight with this market so crazy right now. They also worked with us on the price when we wanted to add all the plumbing and wiring for the kitchen which we added mid project. Nothing I asked seemed like it was a problem for them and I felt well taken care of. I also enjoyed talking to both the crew leaders whenever they came by and felt they genuinely cared and would listen to my concerns... felt like a partnership. I've heard so many nightmare contracting stories about some companies not finishing the job or asking for more payment in the middle. I can whole heartedly say that was quite the opposite with AVM. They didn't nickel and dime me for extra ceiling lights or outlets etc... That was huge for me since we were on a tight budget. Long story short, the work was good and the people were nice and didn't try to rip me off. Our basement came out great and I have no regrets. Take care AVM and hopefully you can do more work for us in the future (Kitchen) :)

AVM did a phenomenal job remodeling our basement! Provided critical input from start to finish. Ended the project on time and on budget. Professional execution and excellent communication to manage expectations along the way. Don’t waste your time getting other quotes! Explain what you want and they’ll take it from there to exceed your expectations.

I have tried a few companies to do remodel our kitchen. AVM came our and did a walk through the project. Their price was reason and done a nice job I could not have ask for more. Their price good, nice job done. I would recommend AVM Restoration for any home remodeling service.

The guys from AVM RESTORATION were awesome. My wife and I are extremely happy with the work they did. We are always down there with our family and friends. Can’t wait to do the rest of the house. And yes we will be calling them again.

AVM Restoration just recently finished my 1,000 sq. ft. basement. For our family, it was the opportunity to expand our living space and enjoy our home to its fullest potential. I'm writing this review because hopefully it will save another family from experiencing additional heartache, frustration, and stress. AVM's sales representative quoted the pricing to complete the basement. I later negotiated pricing to meet my budget needs. AVM agreed to complete my basement based on this understanding and what I communicated as my needs. The team started quickly after signoff which was great. A week into the project, however, the owner (who was pretending not to be the owner), asks me for more money. He badmouths his sales guy and then proceeds to beg for more money. When I told him no, he then proceeds to have an inappropriate conversation about race and blacks in America. Now, I wouldn't even bring that conversation up if I thought it had no bearing on how they treated me going forward. From that point on, there was an issue at every turn. They sent me an email telling me that they would no longer be providing finishings to finish the basement. Who does that? They were initially planning to complete the basement with faucets, door knobs, lighting, etc., but all of sudden not now. They then proceeded to quote additional pricing on items that were already agreed to and communicated, ie. recessed lights, framing, etc. They stretched this project out from what was quoted at 4-6 weeks to a whopping 15 weeks! They would state they were coming and not show. They had no respect for me or my family. There were several occasions in which I had to remind them to lock my doors and windows as they were putting my family's safety in jeopardy. In a virtual environment, my kids were studying. There were times when I had to ask the workers to turn down the music because it was being blasted so loud. The trash and debris in my yard is and was ridiculous. They broke a mirror I had had for more than 20 years with not so much of an apology or compensation. I could go on and on but I'll stop there. If you decide to proceed with this company, make sure you iron out every single detail in writing down to lighting and fixture placement. Make sure before you commit to this company that you communicate expectations in writing of how your home is to be respected. It's unfortunate that when you're paying your hard earned money, companies like this would take advantage of that. In the end will I have a nice basement, yes. Will I have to pay someone else to fix their errors? Yes. This company says it values its customers, but honestly I couldn't tell. Proceed at your own risk.

I had my complete kitchen remodeled by AVM restoration. I can honestly say if I have any more projects at my house I'm not going to bother with any handy man or remodeling company. AVM treated me like family and alway advise me on the best possible solution. The best part about working with them is they do there work in a timely fashion.

I can't praise AVM enough for the job they did in my remodeling project. I received quotes from several companies and I chose AVM based on their price and knowledge. I couldn't be happier with the job. They were concise on their suggestions and installations. I'll definitely be calling AVM for all of my remodeling needs.

AVM Restoration turned my new built house into my dream home. Each person that worked on my home, treat my home as if it was their home. They worked on every single room in my home. I had a peace of mind through the whole process. They are professional, honest and friendly. They were truly God sent.

Job well done. They repaired 2 major holes in the walls. They were 6ft by 3ft each. Installed floor and shower tile. Installed a new toilet and a stand alone tub. Very pleased with the work done. Contractors were courteous and worked efficiently. I would definitely hire them again.

I can go on forever about how professional and precise this company is with their meticulous work. They removed and replaced my kitchen cabinets following a flood in my home. They swept in and took care of everything from start to finish. They completed all of the necessary repairs from drywall, plumbing, painting, cabinetry to the design of my kitchen details. They are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They also provided excellent customer service and was always there when I needed them. I could not be happier with the craftmanship and outcome.
