Steven took several weeks to get back in touch with me after I first contacted him about aerating the lawn and spreading grass seed on the lawn. He told me the first time I met him that he took credit cards and then after he completed the service told me it had to be through paypal. The grass for the lawn never grew and he told me he would come by on May 15th to check on the lawn but never showed up. I texted him three days after that May 18 and asked him when he could come by and he texted me back to say that he would come by in 1 and half hours but did not show up for for another 3 hours. He had no explanation for why the lawn did not grow and did not offer any refund for the service. He told me he would come by in the next 2 weeks to rake up the hay and and then sent me a text a week later and said he would be back in the Fall at no charge to rake up the hay.
