I used this 3 years ago when I was renovating my house. We were renovating for approximately 2 years before we ever moved in. They did all three of my bathroom renovations. We move in July 10, 2023. We have been using the showers for 1 year and 2 months. Last week when we close the shower door, there was a loud bang. It had hit the other glass door next to it. I called to inform them it needed an adjustment and they told me it would be $280 for them to come out. I already paid $1800 for JOB. I spoke directly to the owner and he was very nasty, telling me he doesn’t work for free and my wall must have fallen not the shower door. The company shows their true colors when their work falters and they don’t stand behind it. Of course, nothing is going to happen during their small window of warranty until you actually use the doors for a period of time. I’m super disappointed and do not recommend this company.

Right where their screws go for shower installation are cracks in my tile (see pictures). They went from, “I didn’t do it” to, “The tile was installed wrong.” They initially agreed to uninstall the shower so I can fix the tile myself... but noticed I left 2 bad reviews, that could have been amended, so they told me it would cost $300+ now because of it. They will say they tried reasoning with me or that i’m lying but I have screenshots of everything. Including them calling me broke and racist because I told them I had to use google translate to talk to the shower installer. I have screenshots of everything like I said so i’d just ignore any comment they might make to this review. They gave me lousy service because of a bad review so here is another one Atlanta Glass!

We used Atlanta Glass, LLC on multiple projects over the past year. The prices are good, quality and professionalism is poor. The quality of the product is great if the proper size is ordered. Each project we had an issue either with size, incorrect color of hardware, or scratches on shower doors. Atanta Glass came to most recent project and measured for multiple large mirrors as well as mirror backsplash for kitchen and provided quote and took measurements. Failed to let us know they could not cut the mirror for the backsplash until after they had confirmed installation for the following day. Was supposed to deliver and install large mirrors onsite following day. However, they did not show and did not communicate with us at all and would not answer the phone. Not the office, Amir nor Ryan answered phone. The no show caused the job to miss original deadline for move in of client. Needless to say our client wasn't happy . Mirrors were installed the following week. However, they are not the size originally ordered and the installers damaged newly painted walls throughout home during installation and clean up.

Response from Atlanta Glass
That is absolutely not true and we have hundreds of contractors and thousands of homeowners, happy customers to prove it. Every single thing you wrote in this review is straight out lie but I am not surprised. You can't even say truthfully your business name and your business address but rather you use your personal name and address. We did work for Professional Interiors for a period of about a year and there were few jobs then were done with no problems what so ever. But majority of jobs, there were definitely problems but they were not caused by us. When there was a wrong color on hardware it was because you have ordered that finish and before we came back to install our glass you've changed finish on faucets and it wasn't matching any more but you forgot to inform us about it. We said no problem, it happens, we delivered new hardware to our installers and we finished it the same day. On another job, you have reported scratched glass two weeks after installation, we didn't install scratched glass, but again we said no problem we will replace it. Another month passed and you reported that glass is scratched again, and we again replaced it to make you happy. Another three weeks passed by and you reported scratched glass again and this time I went to inspect it on job site and couldn't find anything, and after talking to you [Member Name Removed], superintendent Jeff, Belinda and on the end to Cayene, finally you agreed that there is indeed no need for replacement. As far as very last job we did for you, you've ordered you mirrors, as always, the very last moment and as always it created problems because we didn't have reasonable amount of time to get materials from our supplier. We didn't schedule this job, you did. You have scheduled it the very same day you have sent us your templates for mirrors for kitchen backsplashes, and as always you wanted to rush it, so we had no choice but to send those templates directly to supplier without having a chance to inspect it. The day before installation, supplier called us to let us know they can't cut those mirrors, because they are too small and have to many holes too close to the edge of the mirror. I've immediately called you guys. I've talked to superintended Jeff who immediately understood the problem but since he was on the road he asked me to call your office. I've spoke to you [Member Name Removed] and you told me that you can't make any decisions and that Cayene will call me as soon as she is done with her client. This was around 11.00am. From this point, Cayene, instead of calling me started exchanging text messages with me and basically she wouldn't accept the fact that manufacturer can't cut these mirrors, she basically only kept asking why it can't be done without considering any other option that was presented to her. This went on for six hours. I tried to call her several times and I even texted her several times that I was driving and she didn't quit texting until I got in car accident, I've broke my leg, got concussion and my work truck was totaled .Of course at this point I was not communicating with her any more in any way. (I did sent her pictures and prove of my accident following Monday). Following day I was not at work, reasonable person would understand why, and since you didn't give me any final word how to do your mirrors, of course that nobody came to job site. Reason why nobody was answering you call from following day, which was Friday, is because nobody was available FOR YOU after my accident. Next Monday, I've got in contact with Cayene, told her what happened and she asked me to install two big mirrors for that job and I've told her it will be done the next day and it was finished next day. And they were the exact size that you have ordered, and my installers didn't damage any paint during installation or clean up. If they did they would report it to me and I know that you would be calling me about it as well, and I've never heard anything from you about that. There was one more call after we installed that last job, it was Belinda that called and she called to get a quote on hardware replacement for shower door that was installed by other company for one of your customers. At that time I told her respectfully that I am not interested to continue my business relationship with Professional Interiors and now I see that you are not happy about that. But just few days ago we were contacted directly buy your customer about that same hardware replacement job and only way for them to get our information is if you gave it to them. Its only conflicting that you writing us bad review and at the same time you are referring us to your customers directly. I have never claimed that we are perfect, problems happen from time to time, but what's important is how do you address those problems and what do you do to resolve it, and its very important that both sides work towards solution. Unfortunately, that is not case with you. We've bent backwards to make you guys happy, but nothing that we will ever do will make you happy or satisfied, problems on your jobs are created by you and you have to own them just like you need to own your company name. That is the reason we don't want to do any more business with you.
