ATLANTA'S BUSY BROOMS

I used Atlanta's Busy Brooms for nearly 4 years. It was always difficult to get someone at the office number (and half the time the messages I left didn't get passed on to my cleaning team) but they were cheaper than MaidPro, so I made sure to get a number for my cleaning team to communicate with them directly and decided I could live without communicating with the office. In the past several months, my cleaning team lost a member and was merged with another 1 person team; they are now apparently doing twice the houses in the same amount of time. They forced me to move my cleaning day and everything now seems to be at their convenience, not mine. I work from home and have had to reschedule recurring conference calls around when they can now "fit me in." And the quality of the clean (which was only a B to begin with, but I kept telling myself they were cheap) has totally tanked. Last week I walked into my master bath after they left and could scrape through dust with my fingernail on a decorative shelf and on perfume bottles (at eye level, so it was easily visible). Now I'm trying to discontinue service, which is another disaster. The 770-921-1498 phone number is out of service and their website appears to be non-functional. I'm going to have to call the direct number I have for my cleaning team and tell them I don't want them anymore. The ironic thing is that, as I price other services, I'm finding that their pricing was never really a bargain at all.

They do a great job. They are reliable and trustworthy. We ask them to do one extra project each time they come plus the general cleaning. We always get the same team every time. We are satisfied with their work.
