The company offered a valuable service at a competitive price. The team came prepared and was very efficient in their work. They cleaned up the place after they finished. They met my expectations as a tree service.

A very large (90 ft) pine tree died in our backyard. I called Arbor Force for a free estimate and received great customer service both before and after the job was completed. First they came out, assessed the situation, listened to my concerns, answered all my questions AND gave me a very reasonable price. The crew showed up on time and took great care when taking down the dead tree. They were careful not to damage any of the surrounding trees and took made sure to protect my lawn and property. I was especially pleased with the clean up work they did including removing a large branch that had fallen months earlier. After the job was completed they reached out to me to make sure the job had been completed to my satisfaction. Arbor Force was very professional, efficient and friendly. Will definitely hire them again and I gladly recommend them.

The Arbor Force crew did an excellent job trimming my cherry tree. They also had the lowest price of the three tree service companies I contacted. Their payment terms were the most customer-friendly. I paid by check when the work was completed. When it became necessary to reschedule due to wet weather I was contacted by Cesar early in the day. We later rescheduled the work when the weather improved and Cesar had a crew available in Snellville. Caesar, Karel and the work crew supervisor were very easy to work with. I highly recommend Arbor Force for any tree pruning work. Also I would encourage other customers to carefully read all reviews to uncover negative comments, determine payment terms including minimum charges and carefully review all contracts before signing them. Unlike other companies, Arbor Force uses a basic one page proposal and acceptance document with common and reasonable terms for customer responsibilities.

They did great work, very competitive prices, they did the work excellently and did not damaged any part of my yard. I highly recommend them. very professional and fully insured service provider.

It went very well. We had a hard working grew who showed up on time and finished when the work was completed. They did a great job of removing debris and being careful to not disturb the lawn.

They have not return to grind the stomp down its has been almost 2 week

The bid process was easy and the bid was reasonable (not the highest nor the lowest I received). The salesman (Jose) showed up on time as expected. The scheduling of the work was easily done via text messages and the crew doing the work showed up 30 minutes before the work was scheduled to start. The crew did a great job in keeping me informed of progress, was available for questions, and completed the job as expected. I would highly recommend since the work was done on time, the crew made certain I was satisfied with the work done, and the debris cleanup was spot on. All the removal was done manually since my backyard is not easily accessible. I'm quite happy with the work done.

Arborforce Tree Service did an excellent job of removing a 70 foot tall oak tree that was located very close to the corner of our sunroom. This is the 3rd time I have used ArborForce and I have always been pleased. I had 2 trees in my back yard removed, one had been struck by lightening and dying. This tree was approximately 5-6 stories high and threatening to fall on my fence and house. The other was a dead pine. I have another tree that is about 6 stories high that required some limbs removed up to approximately 3 stories. The team is very respectful, professional and careful. There was a long hill from which the cut trees needed to be transported from the back yard to the truck for disposal. I was very concerned about having to replace the sod in this area since it has been so wet lately. The team placed pallets on the ground and scheduled the project after we have had several dry days and I will not have to replace any sod. After the trees were removed from the property the area was cleaned up and actually looked better than when they started. I will definitely use ArborForce for my future tree maintenance.

When Karel came out to give me a estimate he could have said they would cut the tree down but he is a very honest man and told that the tree was healthy and he suggested just pruning the heavy lower branches. I was glad of that because I really didn't want to have it removed since it was the only tree in my front yard. His men came right on time the day we agreed on. They were so quiet that I didn't know they were here until I looked out the front door. I talked to the foreman and he allowed me to watch them cut the branches and tell them how far up I wanted it trimmed. I had already recommended them to a friend and she told me how pleased she was with their work. And now my next door neighbor wants to use them. I highly recommend them as they are very professional, do a good job of cleaning up and the price is right.
