They repaired our Viking stove and Subzero fridge. I was the last customer of the day for the fridge guy, Mike, and even though it was late he came, did a thorough inspection of the problem and overall health of the fridge, and then proceeded to do a complex set of repairs that took almost 4 hours. I have never-ever--had a service professional as dedicated to doing what was promised as Mike. Two days later, I had Appliance Tech pros take care of a problem with my Viking oven. While this was not quite as 'heroic' an effort, my tech was extremely knowledgable, did a thorough diagnosis and explained his findings to me, then efficiently made the repairs we agreed to. It is very hard to find great service companies for appliances. My experience with Appliance Tech Pros was top notch, and I very strongly recommend them to anyone else, especially those with high-end appliances like Viking, SubZero, etc. Jonathan Darsey

They actually showed up early, after calling to say they had completed another appointment early. They got the job done when others told me I needed a new washer. Daniel was very cool to talk to, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. And, he wore a mask. I would highly recommend them.

The service was fast and painless. Mike was clearly very knowledgeable about fridge repair and was open to show me his process so I could learn too. Besides that he was really friendly. Took care of all of the fridge needs and let me know how to continue to keep it in efficient shape. Answered any questions I had about upkeep. Would definitely recommend. They price very fairly too, just call to see what the diagnostic fee is, and they'll get someone to you as soon as they can. They have good hours too!

What a bad experience. We have had a minor leak in our Dacor refer once about five years ago. Our repair person defrosted it and that was that. It happened again. This technician said we needed a $700 part replacement or else *it will fail again in the next 5 to 7 days.* He held out a *blue book* for average repair costs. It claimed twice his cost. The blue book that had no name recognition for me and yet our technician claimed it is the authority. Ya know what? I sold aluminum siding as a teenager and this is total BS. We sent him away. Kept persisting like an aluminum siding salesperson. Then he said, *What if I do the work independently? It will cost less.* Case closed. Stay away. Makes me wonder about Home Advisor credibility. Okay, I am pretty angry.

There was a 35% off coupon on second repair which we had as they repaired ice maker and dryer. I was not offered this discount which would have been greatly appreciated.I would recommend them as repairs were done and both working great.
