I had a very good experience with Josh. He was on time and after consult with me he proceeded to fix my ice maker, rather than replacing it. He then asked if I had cleaned or had anyone clean under the frig and when I said no he suggested that he could do it for an additional fee. I had him do it and he did a good job and left the floor,etc. sparkling clean.
