The company contacted me as soon as I made Home Advisors aware I was in need of service. They set up an appointment that was convenient They were on time and the tech was professional and worked efficiently letting me know each step of the way what needed to be done and cost of service. He cleaned up as he worked and put everything back when he was done. Price was reasonable

Appliance Tech repaired my dryer, did a well job and we are completely satisfied with the techs knowledge ability, promptness and skill. He was able to find the issue and repaired it quickly. Fixed my 10 year old Samsung refrigerator the day he came. Had the right parts and completed the job fairly quickly. Should be good for another 10 years. Very happy with the work.

Immediate response, they had the required compressor without having to wait on a parts order, the refrigerator was fixed within 48 hrs of my call. Will call again if another appliance breaks down.

Tech was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. He fixed the washer very quickly. I was not impressed with their system for scheduling appointments. There was some confusion initially. Overall excellent experience.
