Once they got here they were great.

My fridge failed Friday evening; Michael was able to come out on his way home and fix it, quickly enough that I lost no food. And it's working fine.

From setting up the appt through having the technician in our home to perform the work, I could not have been happier with the service we received. Courteous, up front about what to expect, and quick to complete the job.

Appliance Tech Pros were very responsive. They were originally scheduled for Friday and figured out a way to work me in a day early. They were professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed that the technician showed up wearing a mask and gloves...even though I was prepared to ask them to do so, I appreciated not even having to bring it up. Not only did they fix my immediate problem, they brought my attention to another issue that was going to cost me a boat load of money in the very near future...they fixed it and even told me what I could do myself every 6-12 months to prevent it from happening again. I really appreciated their level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service! I highly recommend this company and doubt I ll call anyone else for an appliance repair in the future.

Prompt Professional On time

I was quite impressed. They took time to communicate before arriving, and made every effort to insure that they would have the parts they needed on their truck. Upon arrival, the Tech donned fresh gloves and a mask and made sure I saw him preparing to enter our house. He was immensely respectful of our space, and practiced proper distancing. In the age of COVID-19, this was both important and appreciated. Thereafter, he explained exactly what he needed to do, went about his work at a diligent pace and got right to the problem. Very nice, friendly guy. Even though our repair was somewhat major, they gave us as fair a price as I could have hoped for and had us back up and running by the time he left. No question, I would hire these folks again. Well done!!

Fast and friendly service. My previous garbage disposal was old and corroded. The tech replaced it with a new disposal at a fair price. The job took about 30 minutes, and I now have a one year warranty on my new garbage disposal. I am pleased and I would contact this company again for other appliance repairs.

Tech was very thorough. Explained issue and shared pricing before doing the work. After the part on his truck didn't work, he left to pick up a new part and returned timely. Apologized for taking longer than he'd expected. Did clean up behind the frig, etc.
