I had water leaking underneath the side by side. They came promptly and diagnosed it - it wasn't a clogged ice maker drain as hoped, but found a small leak in the water pump. They replaced the pump and also recommended replacing the copper line with an aluminum line because copper lines are subject to failure; they also found extreme dust build up around the coils which, left untreated, could damage the compressor. They did all this in one hour. Very happy with the work.
