Technician arrived on time and provided the service timely and professionally.

They were very professional, courteous, friendly and extremely accommodating. I also don't appear to have a problem with termites.

One time I had an infestation of ants. I called them several times for service and they would say it would be days before they could come out. I don’t feel they understood the urgency of the matter. They always had to come back and retreat several times with regular services. As far as flexibly goes, it wasn’t always easy to get them to even come out. I was not pleased with them and I have chosen another company.

Their staff was on time and very professional; I would recommend them with pleasure.

Allgood Pest Control has serviced our home and rental property for years. They are always responsive between quarterly treatments if a problem arises. The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional.

I love Dr. Morti! He is the best pediatrician I have ever used. He is very personable and really seems to care and he is very good with the kids. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

It always goes very smoothly. They know us and they know that when we call with a problem, we mean what we say and they appreciate that. They are always polite and ready to answer any questions. We have had a couple of times when extra visits are necessary so they can attack our invasion of scorpions BUT they are right on the spot - here to take care of the problem. Good people.

They were prompt, courteous and addressed all my concerns. A big plus is that someone actually answers the phone when you call !!!! Don't see that much anymore.

The man came out checked for rodents found none but left traps just in case and left. Very nice and professional.

The inspector told us we had termites. We had two other companies inspect it and after thoroughly inspecting the area where Allgood said there were termites they found no termites or evidence of termites ever being there. When questioned about it Allgood said they had found some wings that they thought came off of termites. Since then a realtor told me she had several home buyers that had similar experiences when getting a termite clearance letter. It seems they are just wanting to sell termite ebatement whether or not you need it. It pays to get a second opinion.

On the appointed day and time two employee's in an Allgood truck wearing Allgood uniform shirts showed up to take care of our termite issues. It was pouring the day the Allgood employees came out to drill holes in the concrete around our home. Fortunately, we have covered porches! Regardless, it was a miserable day and two friendly and upbeat individuals showed up to get the job done. They were there three plus hours drilling holes, filling the holes with termite "kill juice" and refilling the holes. Allgood sent positive, friendly, professionals to my home to get rid of a serious situation and that gave me confidence that I had made the right choice. I appreciate that!

Called to get an estimate on termite and pest control services on a newly purchased house. Was able to get an appointment almost immediately and Shelby came to do the inspection and evaluation. Agreed on the termite and pest control solution and they were back the next day to install the termite system and two days later came to do the inside and outside pest control (my schedule prevented it from being quicker). Will continue to use on an ongoing basis. Allgood employees were professional, polite and more than helpful!!

I was moving locations and I had a hard time letting them let me cancel my membership. I think that the attitude of the manager in South Carolina was not professional. The service of the work was great, but the service of the office was terrible and that is why I gave them an F rating for professionalism.

The initial inspection was performed by Kenny. He was on time and very professional and personable. Termites services were done on a different day. The service person was also very professional and even helped me move boxes from the area that needed to be treated. He performed the treatment in a very efficient manner . Pest control services were performed on a different day , and again the service person was on time, very professional and personable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone one that needs this type of service performed.

Not anticipating the need for pest control until multiple rains brought ants indoors, I was pleased that they could fit us in within 24 hours. The technician arrived right on time and spent about 40 minutes treating all areas. He was careful on our carpets and did a thorough job. I purchased the annual contract which includes quarterly treatments and, thankfully, includes any treatment needed in between those visits. We needed them again and they were happy to get someone to us (again, within 24 hours) to evaluate and treat another problem. I am glad I signed an annual contract for this reason alone!

All of the technicians are always professional and friendly. They take the time to make sure they contact me to see if I have questions or problem areas. When they come inside they always put on booties over their shoes to keep our floors clean. They are usually on time and most of the time call when they are running late.

We were visited by technician, Angela. She did a thorough and most importantly, honest inspection and was very nice in the process. If I have any pest problems I would call her again.

They were very professional and he explained everything really well. He went over everything with me on the phone too, with the supplies that they use, how they work etc.

AllGood Pest Solutions call to make appointments to come out. Then they come out and do what they need to do. They give you their findings of what they did or if you have any new termite infestations. They change the bait out in their bait stations which is what they're supposed to do. For what we pay we don't have termites, they get here when they say they are going to, the quality is perfect, and there's no termites at all.

Company has professsionals in their employ. & I have no issue with letting these fine professionals into my home. They do excellent work, and work to keep an open line of communication at all times.

We noticed flying bugs in our basement. We chose Allgood pest services based on Angie's List and we were not disappointed. The rep on the phone was professional and courteous. The appointment was set at a convenient time and the rep showed on time. He was courteous and professional. We showed him where we noticed the bugs and he immediately diagnosed termites. He was able to show us the damage on the wood trim and explained the nature of termites, how they enter via the brick outside, etc. he thoroughly explained the product and stages that would be required to eradicate the termites. I can only base the pricing off of research and it appeared to be very fair. Floe up appt. was scheduled and completed on time. We haven't noticed any more bugs and assume product is working great. We will definitely use them again!
