Showed up on time and knocked on door to let you know they were there and what they were going to do. Any all question that I had.

It's relatively a new one in town. They were very non-intrusive. I always feel weird when you have someone come in to your house to do something but he was very professional. He came in. It took probably 30 minutes. He did what he needed to do and was out. He was very good. He seemed like he knew what he was talking about. He was talking about the different bugs that he was looking out for and the different things he was gonna use and I just nod and nod. He seemed very knowledgeable. We called around and they seem to have the best one in town. The quality was very good. we had a magnolia tree cut down and evidently, a bunch of bugs live in it so once that tree was cut down, our house was invaded and it took a couple of days for him to do the work but like a week later, we went from having a bug every hour to no bugs at all. It was amazing. We had to have him come out a couple of different times and we could call him and he would be out an hour later. He was very good.

I have no complaints about them. They are reasonably priced for the work they do and they are very professional.

Called this company as soon as I found a palmetto bug in our new house. The representative was extremely kind and friendly, and got right to work. The house was sprayed within an hour. He mentioned that, after the initial spray, we may continue to see activity for a couple of days, but it should subside thereafter. The Angie's List offer for 50% the first treatment (which would otherwise have been $85) was also a great deal. I would recommend them again!

They are the TOPS in customer service and pest service. They are always here when they say they will be. The do a quick and efficient job. They are responsive if a suddenly problem arises. The prices are competitive if not cheaper. I used Terminix before. I gave up on them. AllGood has me as a customer as long as they keep up the good work. Love these guys.

We've been a customer for about 6 or 7 years for their quarterly pest service. We elected to use their outside the home treatment. The rep is very professional and thorough. They always call to make an appointment for the treatment date (even though the treatment is outside) and the rep knocks on the door to check to see if we've experienced any particular pest issues that can be attended to while he's there. Besides the treatment of the perimeter of the home the rep also wipes away any spider webs with a long-handled brush. If we happen to have any inside pest issues the rep will treat for that as a part of the service. In sum, we've been most pleased!

We have had no problems with pests inside or outside our home. Andy, the technician who comes to treat our house, is always very pleasant, friendly, and efficient. Excellent customer service! The tech is very professional and friendly. The whole exterior of the house was treated, the trees were checked for infestation. The ant treatment was done for ants. The Tech then came into the house to continue treatment. The whole house was treated, under cabinets, in door jams, window seals and the garage. Traps in the garage were changed out. He informed me that if anything came up that needed to be retreated, call the office and they will send him back to retreat.

They came out and they took care of the problem and they guaranteed their work. They were very punctual.

I have used this company since 2005 for both my termite and pest control coverage. Their technicians have always been of the highest quality in the industry as have been the staff I've dealt with. They are consistently courteous and accommodating, and on time as scheduled. Unfortunately I can't say this for the other companies I used prior to trying Allgood. I highly recommend them for their integrity and quality of service.

I've had Allgood for ten years now and they've always done a good job. In between quarterly visits, if there were bugs around they would prioritize coming out quickly to take care of it.

Mr R. Harmon showed up as scheduled , was very courteous and professional. His check was thorough and he took his time. Then he explained what he found and gave me an estimate on the treatment required.

In went very well. The technician was very polite and professional.

Mr. Holton arrived at the house 30 minutes earlier than scheduled and promptly started with the exterior of the house. When my wife got home, he came around and introduced himself and made sure that she knew he was there and that he would knock on the door once he had finished with the exterior of the house. After he was let into the house, he spent the first few minutes with my wife asking if there were any problems that we were having so that he could add it to his inspection. He then did the inspection of the interior of the house noting the areas we mentioned and paying special attention to them. We are very satisfied with the work that Allgood and Mr. Holton have done on our property.

Mr. Harmon was prompt and professional, He did a thorough termite inspection throughout the crawl spaces beneath the house and the basement. He was very helpful with explanations and advice. I would use Allgood Pest Solutions again.

Allgood did a tremendous job for us a year and a half ago with a bed bug problem that we had inside our home. So, we sought them out when we noticed several areas where long chains of ants were crawling on exterior walls. They signed us up for a yearly service that is doing a great job of controlling the ants and spiders. Would recommend them to anyone.

I will use them as soon as I have the money. Am very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism.
