Description of Work: They came to my home and gave me an estimate for terminate protection for my home. They were punctual, professional and did a great job. Their prices were very reasonable.

Description of Work: I live in NJ and my son lives in GA. So, I chose this exterminator using only Angie's List. When I called to make an appointment - they could not have been more helpful. They were SO nice. My son had an appt with them and then couldn't make it (after they even came to the house) and they were very understanding about rescheduling. Anyway, they recently came for their first visit and my son said there is a noticeable drop in the amount of bugs just after their first visit. Now that's service!

Description of Work: Allgood pests wouldnt give me an approximate cost for a termite treatment thru email, so at first I wasnt sure if I wanted to go with them, but I set up an appt anyway. We wanted Termidor for a 2 story 2500 sq ft house, I was able to get an approximate cost from another vendor by email before I set up the appt with Allgood. This helped me decide on Allgood when they came out, since the cost they quoted me after the inspection was right in the middle of the email quote. When they took off the $150 coupon from Angies list, it was below the other range. They have a great salesman who is very knowledgable. The person that showed up and did the work, trenched around the house like they said he would and drilled concrete a foot apart. He did everything they said he would. Only neg is he didnt close the gates on either side of the property when he left. I have learned to check for that after a vendor visits before letting our dogs oustside!

Description of Work: All good came and inspected the inside and outside of my home for pest and rodent activity. Professionally dressed and showing respect for my home, the service provider offered us a pest control plan that we felt was reasonable and would address our concerns.

Description of Work: Treated interior/exterior for all types of bugs, and rodents. Sprayed where needed and set traps in garage. I have been receiving treatment for 1+ years without seeing ants which were original problem.

Description of Work: He set traps for the roof rats that have been driving us crazy. He came back twice as we had a few dead ones Set more traps and will be back in November. We also had him take care of the smaller pests. Just really liked the Company (Allgood)

Description of Work: Very impressed with All-good. They were on-time for the Saturday morning appointment. The inspection was thorough and the rep, Kenny, was professional and personable. He explained everything and answered any questions. The price for termite prevention services is very reasonable!

Description of Work: CALLED THE COMPANY FROM THE AD PLACED IN ANGIES LIST . THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED DOES NOT WORK, SO CALLED THE 1-866 LINE. THEY SAID THEY ONLY DO QUARTERLY BUT THE AD SAYS 50% OFF INITAL PC SERVICE NOT QUARTERLY. THEY HUNG UP ON ME TWICE, THEN AFTER LEAVING ME ON HOLD THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK BY 3PM. THEY NEVER DID. FALSE ADVERTISING , RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Description of Work: I submitted online request for information, and received call back within 30 minutes. The agent told me that the sales agent in my area was booked until the next Monday (we were speaking on Wedneaday). Not 20 minutes later the sales agent called to ask if he could come over that day. He had time between appointments, the scheduling agent didn't know about. Trey came over and walked the property, and gave me a quote for termite service, and pest control for a year. He gave a lower estimate than two others I had from other companies. I was impressed that Trey would not speak poorly of his competition. He told me to expect a call within a week to schedule the services. I was called two days late
