I can not say what I am charged by All Good, but it is reasonable. I am satisfied with my annual contract and I know I can call them all the time if I need help detouring critters from my residence. They are a great company.

Rick Patterson came out first and I had a great experience, he's a very knowledgeable person. Then one of the technicians installed the system. I think he could have found better locations for the baiting stations but after I called the office, a supervisor confirmed that at the time of quarterly inspections, the field technician will have no problems locating the stations.

These folks are the BEST! Transferred my termite baiting system from another provider to AllGood and I was so impressed with their customer service and professionalism. David and Christy have been wonderful each and every time I have called. Great follow up - when they say they'll call - they DO! In a day where customer service seems to be going down the drain, AllGood is a shining example of a company that understands how to treat its customers well. I am very cautious about recommending any company, and I wholeheartedly recommend AllGood!

He arrived as scheduled and was a real pleasant guy to talk to. The work he did was thorough because I have yet to see one of those crickets. I have the company come every three months and would recommend their service to others.

They do not waste time and they are very punctual. I really felt wonderful about the fine work this company did for me. I have no plans to change my pest control services. I am happy to report that I have had no unwanted critters because of the fine services of this particular company. They really work with you to ensure you are satisfied with their work.

Allgood came and sprayed for all the normal pests on the outside of our 2,300 square foot home and that was $120, they did not do the inside because my wife is sick. They also did a liquid treatment on the outside for termites and that was $920 and they also put bait stations all around the house. They do a quarterly inspection and redo the bait stations and that is $85. I am very pleased with their work.

They are very good and very through. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to pest control. We have not had any problems with any pests since we started using them. They are always on time and very friendly. I do not wish to disclose the price that we pay for the service.

They were very helpful and responded very quickly to my problem. They are always very courteous and polite. I called to find out how much it would cost to have the sprayed for bugs. I was given the choice of a one time visit, twice a year visits or quarterly visits. It was determined that I do not have enough of a pest control problem to warrant more than a one time visit so that is how we elected to proceed. We made an appointment for 9 AM the next morning. Someone from Allgood showed up on time the next morning, sprayed the house as agreed and was finished within a half hour.

Allgood was very knowledgeable and professional. They advised me what I should do to protect my home from rats. We found a hole on the side of the house and they told me to stuff the hole with steel wool. We haven't had any rodent problems since they treated our home.

Allgood is a very professional company. They are courteous on the phone and they come to my home within a week of calling them. They are always on time and wear uniforms while they are working. They already know what they are to do at my home and advise me of what I can do to get rid of pest.

The service manager (Kevin) listened to the description of my problem and took detailed notes, which the service technician (DeAndre) had reviewed when he arrived. DeAndre arrived 15 minutes early and efficiently performed the service. Both Kevin and DeAndre listened carefully to my description of my problem and made adjustments to their treatment plan based on what I described. Very pleased!

The AllGood representative was very prompt for the appointment, very respectful, and completed the job in a timely manner. I felt ensured about the service and very impressed with the fact that I can call them back out in between services at anytime if I feel the need to do so. I have a quarterly service with Allgood and was quite impressed with the overall price for the service.

Ozzie was fabulous! They were attentive, prompt, exactly on time, courteous, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job.

When I called, I was given great advice over the phone - they did not try to "sell" me anything but gave good advice to handle our rodent problem. Very courteous and helpful - even called back to offer more advice.

Brian Martin, my Allgood technician, was absolutely great. He was on time, professional and voluntarily removed his shoes to come in the house. The service was complete and thorough. I was also happy with the customer service staff I spoke with on the phone. I am very pleased with Allgood as my pest control company!

Allgood sent someone back several times after the initial visit at my request to spray for bugs and roaches. There was a different representative each time - all were very cordial and on time, except for one scheduled visit when no one showed up (scheduling mixup per Allgood). They cleared up the problem and new renter is happy. I signed up for the annual program which includes quarterly visits @ $85 per quarter.

Technician failed to make the first appointment because of a mix up in the office. Sales person agreed to give the first treatment for free, but have gotten a bill. Seems like the service delivery is good but the back office support is not.

The tech, Michael, was early and very polite. Made sure I had no questions before leaving. I'll have to watch to see if I have any problems, before I can comment on the effectiveness.

Telephone customer service rep (Kevin) was super nice and I think the way he handled the call was the reason I chose to go with Allgood.

The company responded to my email within one day and gave us an appointment in another 2 days. The technician was right on time, he was friendly, and he educated me a great deal about the roach and ant problems in my home. He gave me many tips to avoid the problem in the future. He spent as much time as needed answering my many questions and he did not seem to be in a hurry to leave. On the contrary, he pleasantly explained the solutions to my pest problems. In the end, we were very satisfied. In the two weeks since the service, we have seen a great drop-off in the number of pests in the house.

Ron was the person I spoke with when I made the appointment and David Ortiz is the one who came to my home. Both of these men are great representatives for their company. They give meaning to the term "customer service." David arrived on time! He explained what areas he was going to spray, the chemicals he was using, and that I might see a few bugs for a day or so after he sprayed. He also said they would come back and re-treat if necessary. I feel this is a company that really stands behind their work.

He was early, quick, efficient, friendly, and informative.
