They come when they say they are coming and seem to do be doing a good job. It has always been pleasant when they came. They placed pieces if wood in the ground all over my yard they come and check it to make sure there are no termites. They are very professional and do a good job. Their prices are competitive and their quality is fine.

They are good. They seem pretty thorough. I have cats, so I'm real funny about them spraying anything that is going to hurt my cats. It seems like whatever is going on it makes the bugs come inside. If I see something in between their scheduled time, then they will come out and take care of it at no charge. Someone had recommended them to me, so I didn't compare prices. There are probably companies that are cheaper. If they are going to be late then they call me.

He went to great pains to explain to me what my options were and how their company could best serve my needs. The next time I need an exterminator, I will absolutely call Allgood again - they were great, start to finish.

They did what they said they were going to do. They kept me in the loop and communicated well. Once they heard I was going to redo the driveway they suggested they come back before the new concrete was poured to do the treatment again and they did this at no extra cost.

Very cheerful service folks answered the phone, and Thomas arrived promptly on schedule. He was very knowledgeable, and convinced me that he knows what he's doing. He gave several options for ongoing treatment, and I've certainly signed up for that. They'll be visiting every 3 months for $85 a visit, and it's my choice whether they do an indoor as well as outdoor treatment. Definitely a good find.

Found Allgood for termite control through all the positive reviews here. They arrived on-time, explained everything well to me, and did nothing to pressure me into a sale. They did a great job of installing everything, and everyone I've talked to in their office has been extremely helpful.

They're very good. I've used them 3 times now. They do a good job every time. I had an issue with some spiderwebs they didn't remove, and they sent someone back out within 24 hours to fix the problem. I pay quarterly with no contract requirement.

The exterminator arrived early, yet waited for the appointment time. He was extremely polite and explained the contract very clearly. The ants disappeared immediately! (the main reason for the visit). Too early to tell if the 3 month spraying worked. I used a 50% off first visit coupon from Angie's List!

Technician arrived an hour early and was very friendly. He was friendly and efficient. He accidentally broke a container my wife had stored in the garage but made note of it on the invoice and the company called the next day and gave us that first service for free. Proactive customer service! How refreshing!! I would highly recommend them.
