I found the inspector to be very professional and thorough. I walked through the entire inspection with him, so that I was clear what the issues were and saw exactly where previous problems had occurred. He patiently listened to my questions and explained things completely. He was also very personable and I felt completely comfortable having him in my home. Before leaving the inspector, scheduled our Sentricon termite treatment and boric acid treatment. The Sentricon treatment was set up within several days. The boric acid treatment took about 2 weeks because they needed to order the chemicals. When the man arrived to do the Sentricon, he carefully explained to me the installation process and worked diligently to complete the job. He was happy to answer all my questions. The boric acid treatment was scheduled about 2 weeks later. The technicians arrived and carefully covered everything in my basement with plastic sheeting. The boric acid treatment involves spraying the floor joists with a liquid spray, so I appreciated the careful attention to details in wrapping our items in the basement. Since we had recently moved, this was a very extensive process, since we still had much stored in the basement. They were also very careful with the fragile items. Again, this crew worked diligently and professionally. I happily would recommend Allgood Pest Solutions to anyone!

They come every few months. They are always professional. They'll call you and remind you when they are coming, which is nice in this busy world. They are always pleasant and they are very nice people. They charge quarterly. The price seems to be like everybody else's but they are sense of nice people. I'm just very happy with them. Mr. Kelly Herndon came to my home and inspected for termites. He stated that there was evidence of termites in the home and what needed to be done to rectify the problem. Mr Herndon and I set an appointment when the work could be done; on that date, the workers arrived on time and did a great job on my home. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely reccommend Allgood Pest Control to friends and family.

It went great. I actually set this up for my father who had recently had a stroke. Their estimate was not the cheapest but they were willing to work with me on the price. The came on time, did all work and were pretty professional.

I called and spoke to Patricia Wall telling her we had a large hornets next in a tree in our front yard that we needed removed. She was very pleasant and professional, explained to me what they would do and what the charge would be. I set up and appointment for the next day. Ted Jones came out, sprayed "Wasp Freeze" into the nest to kill the hornets, and then cut the nest down out of the tree.

All Good has been amazingly responsive with clear scheduling all of our appointments since we have a dog. They have also done a great job at explaining everything that they are doing, as we are not from the South and have little experience with the pest and termite control needed.

We had just signed up for their pest control. We've probably had 4 termite estimates over the years. I was surprised to find them to be the cheapest one we received (but there were a couple of discounts). We had it done yesterday. Good service and good value.
