I’ve enjoyed working with this company. My regular technician, Lloyd, who has been there for 20 years, has done an effective job. They don’t give you a time window, they just show up exactly on time and as scheduled. Their price is reasonable, and value is received for the cost. Previously, I worked with another company who did a lousy job, so I decided to give Allgood a chance, and they’ve done a great job for me! I would recommend to anybody.

The price was very reasonable. They are very professional. They wear booties over their shoes.

The first time they came they did the spraying for termites, but now they just come to check. It is hard to get an appointment, they are considered the top people in this town for pest control. I had a horrible time getting them scheduled. The man that came was very nice when they finally came.

They are really on time like they say that they are going to be but that is all about it. I have service with smaller company and they sold their business to All Good. I just continue with them.

They are good. They come out when they are supposed to come and they fix stuff when it supposed to be fixed. All solutions have come out really nice and they have good customer service. They do whatever we need and they help us out. We have a contract with them and so we pay $85 every quarter. The price is right there with everybody else. They are here pretty quick and they are responsive. They say they would come out at this time and they are here a couple of hours later like everybody else. They are very nice and very courteous.

I had a contract with Allgood where they came out quarterly to spray and offered to make return trips if we had any problems. Every year for the past two years since we purchased our house, when the weather turns cold outside, we have a massive invasion of ants in our house. They invade from every crack and crevice in every room of the house no matter how spotless our house is and how we try to prevent them, they still show up in force. Last year was particularly bad and once the invasion began, Allgood was called back to our house at least 6 times over the course of November and December because they never were able to stop the ants, only slow them down. We did exactly what we were told and did not use any other pesticides or leave out our own traps and we were even more particular than usual about making sure no food, candy, crumbs or anything of that nature was left out that would attract the ants. We were advised any pesticides applied ourselves would be counter effective in stopping the ants and were advised to use windex to kill them, which is what we did, and that only killed the ants it touched and did nothing to stop the ants from coming in the house. Not to mention typically when we called for a return treatment, we would have to wait at least two days before someone was available to come to our house. Over the two months, when technicians came to the house we were given multiple explanations as to where the ants were coming from. We were told that they had nested in our attic or walls during the summer, that they nested in our flower bed in front of our house, and that the nested underneath our house. We were told that they were entering our house from the crawlspace and coming from the trees near our house. All the while, the ants were still coming and nothing being done was stopping them. At one point, they invaded our 6 yr old daughter's bathroom to the point that I went to use it one night and when I turned on the lights to go in the counter, floor, cabinets and bathtub were so covered they looked black and we had to close off her bathroom and had to fight ants spilling out into every room that had a wall touching that bathroom with windex. I called first thing the next morning and explained the ants were the worst they had ever been and was told an Allgood technician would be there the next day, and he never showed up. We had to end up waiting two days for a technician to come to the house while I sprayed ants with windex. At this point after two months, several calls and one call were the tech failed to show, and no resolution, I finally got the supervisor on the line, who came to our house himself and gave us some hope, as he seemed to be the only one who had a clue what to do, treated the house and the ants finally slowed down and a week after his visit they finally stopped coming.

The company was very easy to contact and schedule an appointment with. The inspector called ahead on the scheduled day and arrived promptly on-time. He spent considerable time listening to the pest-control activities that occurred here in the past, looking throughout the house and garage, graphing out the home with damage locations, and providing recommendations. The inspector fully explained the recommendations and took time to answer all questions I had. As I had a previous experience where I felt scammed I really appreciated all the time he took in considering the situation and explaining the reasons for his recommendations. The only downside of the experience was when it took the company almost a week for them to call me back to schedule the application of termeticides and traps. Given my previous bad experiences I must admit I worried a little bit and almost called but was relieved to have them call me first (if a little delayed). Overall it was a good experience and I look forward to working with them in the future. I would recommend them to friends but also would have appreciated a more prompt call back to schedule service.

Allgood Pest Solutions has been easy to work with since I called them. They give me a deal on the treatments, and added an extra discount because I'm using them to service two homes now. The service guy came out, was friendly, wore booties indoors, and did a good job.

The fact that I spent $0.00 is significant, because I was prepared to spend what it cost to fix my problem. I have used Allgood Pest Solutions for years for various rodents-in-the-attic problems, in addition to general bug problems. Recently, I learned that my dogs and my house were in the throes of a flea infestation. It was recommended that I have my house "bombed". I called Allgood and asked how fast they could come out. My representative asked some questions and, after listening, advised against their services. He told me how to handle the problem without the use of chemicals. If the problem isn't solved, I'll call them and take their advice on the next steps. But so far, so good. I will continue to use Allgood for all my pest problems.

They came out within an hour of my call; I was shocked. He was nice as could be and he eased my mind because it wasn’t termite. It was wonderful. I pay a yearly thing so it was a free visit.

DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.This company sent us a bill for renewal this year with a threat of taking us to collection agency. They claim that in the back of the contract it said that the contract renews automatically. BE CAREFUL DONT BE DECEIVED by this company. When a company includes this kind clauses that nobody reads because they are so small with automatic renewal that means lack of professionalism. I paid of course, but i will NEVER USE IT AGAIN.

I am on a quarterly service contract with them. The experience was very positive. They offer prompt, friendly service and answer questions. We are second generation customers; my husband's parents used them too. I also really like them and will continue to use them in the future.They send the same technician every time so you kind of get familiar with them as well. The spray inside and outside.

The service tech arrived on time and looked very professional in appearance and attitude. When the work was completed, he made every effort to clean up and also offered me help in moving things back into the garage (I had to move some things out so he could drill along the walls).
