Everyone was friendly, prompt and detail oriented. We were previously customers of Allgood at a former address and are glad to be customers again.

Called them for a quote on Termite elimination and prevention, along with the annual contract with the standard insurance to the home or dwelling in case termites ever make it in. They quoted me 750 dollars, 200 dollars higher than other companies... must be to pay for all the advertising this company does.

The company advises us when they will be out to complete the pest control. They cover their shoes when in the house and do a really nice job.

I called to arrange the inspection, and Allgood worked with us for a mutually acceptable time. They were professional and followed up their work with an additional inspection.

They came out and put the termite bond in the ground. They come out once every other month and spray around the house. No pest problems and they leave note every time they come. They will bill every month; this is how they break up the payments.

They were wonderful! Extremely responsive and called me where I was in NC. I would highly recommend their services.

We've used them for years. The same man comes, which is nice. We've sort of developed a relationship with him and we are satisfied. He is always punctual. If he is either early or late he always calls.

I am extremely happy with them. He was on time and very professional. Answered all questions and concerns. After the first service , he came out twice between services. Again , punctuality was great. I think , price vise , they are better than other companies out there.

They charge a good price and the salesman was very helpful.

The treatments were done soon after the initial visit. Ozzie Owens was the initial contact and he was great. Very informative and courteous.....Really enjoyed the visit. The contacts by phone were the same....all in all, the whole process was pleasant and went better than I had expected.....would recommend using Allgood without reservation.

The initial appointment was a pleasure. The technician told me I could do quarterly but the receptionist would not let us. I should have known then, something was wrong.

I called and requested an inspection for termites, and was connected with the Griffin Office of All Good, which is the one closest to my place of residence. My inspection was scheduled at my request for 9/12/12 and on that date, the representative arrived to make the inspection. He was courteous, professional and knowledgable. After the inspection, I was happy to learn that I did not have any infestation and he reassured me that several insects I had recently seen (flying ants) were very common for older established yards with aging trees. After going through all of the possible options available to me for treatment (which I requested) and explaining pricing and warranty, I was offered the option to select a treatment plan if desired. There was no pressure to purchase services from Allgood, but at this point, I felt very comfortable, not only about their professionalism, but also the options I was being offered, so I decided to have them install the centricon system, to provide protection for my home. After signing the contracts, I advised the representative that they could install the system when convenient for them. The actual installation did not take place for several weeks, because there had been rain almost every day. When installed, everything looked satisfactory. I was pleased a few days later to find a message on my answering machine from a manager with Allgood, thanking me for being a customer. My overall experience with this company has been very positive and I would definitely recommend them.

They came when they said would. I haven’t seen any bugs since they have been out.

Very satisfied with the service. I have had bad experiences with other termite control companies throughout my years of home ownership. The Allgood sales rep, Adam Fisher, was experienced, knowledgeable, and professional, and we discussed alternatives relative to the prior treatments. The installation was as scheduled, and a follow-up inspection was performed after about 6 months. The Allgood manager also made a courtesy phone call to thank me for my business. All in all, well done.

We set up an appointment. The person who was to come out asked if he could change the appointment and I agreed. Then he changed the appointment to the next day. I gave him till 12:00 that third day and then contacted him to tell him I had gone with another company. A couple of weeks later I get a call asking if they could come out and give us an estimate and I told them I had gone with another company. I don't think this is usual for this company, maybe it was just the person assigned to me.

Excellent. I called the company on Friday and someone arrived on Monday right on time. You couldn't get more efficient than that.

I solicited 3 estimates for termite treatment. Really expected to hire one of the other companies since I had worked with them in the past. However, the Allgood representative conducted a more thorough inspection and found termite activity that the others had missed. He was also the only salesman to follow up and ask me what I had decided.

I have ZERO to complain about when it comes to All good pest control. I almost never write reviews for a company doing exactly what I paid them to do but ALL Good goes above and beyond every time. Whenever I call them I always get a real person and never a voicemail, they are always on time, always friendly, and if I require additional service they come back AT NO CHARGE! they take pride in getting the job done right...... Wish I could say the same for many others.

GREAT WILL CONTINUE TO USE ALLGOOD.

They are low maintenance. They don't bother me, and they call or notify me before they come. They always do what they tell me they will do, and they give me a break on a yearly contract renewal. As far as I know, they have no complaints with the state regulatory authority.

I contacted this company to get an estimate. It took them several days to contact me. I was called by a customer service person that was not that friendly...that was a bad sign...she was kind of rude...I thought, maybe she is having a bad day...so I scheduled the appointment. I was later called by the technician the next day to confirm the appointment. He later called me and said that it was not going to be possible for him to keep the appointment (Friday). He said that Tuesday and Wednesday, that he was going to call me on Monday...he never did...I called him on Thursday that week and he never answered the phone. I am shocked with the lack of Professionalism and customer service from this company. I guess they don't realize how much they are hurting their own business specially in this tough economic times that most companies are struggling to keep their existing clients. I am glad that I am a member of Angie's List, I was saved from a potential nightmare dealing with this vendor.

They are really great on the phone. They called me back right away when I tried to contact them online. The guy that came out was very professional. He gave me a lot of information.

The installation of this system was originally done a very hasty manner and the quality reflected this. I called them back and their manager said they would do a quality check on the installation. They came back out promptly and installed the system up to my standards. I appreciate their responsiveness in responding to my request.

They come out quarterly. Usually the same person comes, I am familiar with him. I am very confident with him when he comes to my house. Very timely, very friendly. I used them both for my home and my rental property. Usually if I have a problem they come out. Excellent quality as far as I am concerned. They come when they are scheduled. They send cards out to remind you of your appointments.
