Absolutely the most UNPROFFESIONAL technician I have ever dealt with. Showed up looking like he'd stumbled out of a bar, brought HIS DOG and let it run loose all over my property the entire time he was here (it pooped all over my yard and driveway and he didn't clean it up). Didn't bring any tools he needed to do anything other than the gauges that he put on the outdoor unit for less than 5 minutes. He had to borrow my husband's ladder to get into the attic to see our indoor unit...after complaining about having to get in the attic. He then said he would have to come back with a test kit to see if we had leaks in the line (why would an air conditioning tech not have everything he needed with him to diagnose the issue?) He flat out told my husband that he didn't need school because he has youtube and google! Why am I paying to have someone with no actual training come out to service the unit? I did not choose this company, they were sent through my home warranty company. I called AHS this morning to complain and found out that the technician has marked our service request as complete and he LIED about what was wrong with the unit...he said someone stepped on our pipe and it's leaking. First of all, that's not true and second of all, that is COMPLETELY different than what he told my husband the problem was. He just wanted to be able to get money for the trip out to my house without actually having to do ANYTHING. After reading the other reviews, I do not understand why they continue to use this unprofessional, unqualified company. I wish I could give 0 stars...I hope the owner of the company actually sees these reviews. Terrible experience.

They did quality work, but they kept on making appointments and then did not show up. At times, it was frustrating.
