For appliance service it was kind of a mixed bag of tricks. I have used him for years off and on and I am just not happy with his quality. They are rarely ever on time. He has had to come back and fix something he fixed one time. He had to come back and fix it again. He sold me a used washer that I had not specified and then wouldn't refund all of my money. He is just very unprofessional. We will never use him again. It is a very uneven experience. He charges $18.50 for a service visit. What stands out is his lack of professionalism and inconsistent quality. He does not always come out but he has had some other people come out so I kind of wondered if maybe the washer/dryer could have been fixed. I mean, he has fixed some appliances for us that are still okay, but others he had to come back more than once. Working with them was always a frustrating experience because they were never on time. I don't think they were ever on time. There were some positive experiences in the past but they were overshadowed by extreme negative examples. I would advise others to be hesitant. The overall diagnostic experience is lacking.

The service Tech, Sam, did a great job and went beyond the call to please the customer. I could not have been more pleased.
Description of Work: This was for work on my Kenmore (Whirlpool) refrigerator. Installed new water control valve assembly with connections, cycled ice-maker and water through door, and cleaned condenser coils and drains.

I THOUGHT THE PROBLEM WAS CORRECTED AFTER THE FIRST SERVICE CALL, BUT THE LEAK REAPPEARED SOON AFTER. WHEN I HAD THEM COME BACK, THE TECHNICIAN WAS DISMISSIVE & UNWILLING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE LEAK. IM NOW FORCED TO PAY ADDITIONAL FEES TO ANOTHER COMPANY, IN HOPES OF GETTING WHAT I PAID THEM FOR.
Description of Work: HAD THEM OUT TO REPAIR A LEAKING WASHER.

JAY, THE SERVICE PERSON WAS VERY QUICK TO CALL ME BACK, AND COME OUT TO SEE WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. HE ORDERED THE PARTS ON THE SPOT AND RETURNED THE NEXT DAY (ON TIME AGAIN) AND DID THE REPAIRS. HE WAS COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED A LIGHT IN THE VENT AND A HOOD OVER THE STOVE. THEY REPLACED TWO LIGHTS IN THE REFRIGERATOR.
