Richard is extremely dependable and provides quality work. He makes clear suggestions and offers options, yet he will not skimp on the necessities. If you want the job done right - then he is your man! In fact, two of the windows he installed have been faulty due to the manufacturer. (Nothing to do with Richard's installation or work). Yet both times I have called him he has been responsive and quick to order us new windows. He could have said 'that is under warranty you contact the retailer, order a new window and let me know when you are ready to install'. But he did all that and picked them up and installed them. If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy person who knows his craft and does it well then Richard is your man. You pay for what you get and he is not the least expensive nor the most expensive - he is fair and I prefer to pay for the best. You can't go wrong with Richard. One last interesting piece, if you are someone who places importance on using environmentally sound materials and workmanship, Richard strives to be environmentally friendly. I think that this is an added bonus if that is something you value!

When I originally contacted Acme Services about giving me a quote, Richard was very responsive to my call. He arrived ready to measure and explain his procedures. Shortly after his first visit, I received a quote which I determined was comparable to others that I had contacted. He started the work within a couple weeks and worked until the job was completed to my satisfaction. He continually checked with me during the process to make sure I was pleased with the results. He gave me great suggestions and told me what it would cost to make these changes. He did not ask for anything upfront and I made progress payments for work that was already completed. He is very trustworthy and I felt comfortable leaving home while he was here working. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome.

I had an excellent experience. Richard, the owner, is very dependable and trustworthy. He is definitely on top of his game.
