They did a great job! From the start/sit down with Bobby to explain the entire process with insurance and how the claim would work to getting the job complete with Moses and his team. They were all very nice and communicated fast, answering any questions. They reworked the schedule to fit out close date on the house. Got the job done and cleaned up in half a day! Really amazing! I would like to say that I have been doing business with Bobby Wiggins of Accent Roofing for many years now, and have always found the transactions to be positive and stress-free. This is because Bobby's word is his bond. It is refreshing in today's climate to find someone who puts honesty, ethics, and morals precedent to all else. Accent Roofing and specifically Bobby Wiggins really went to battle for me with Allstate to get my roof claim covered by insurance. Accent Roofing was an absolute pleasure to work with. Matt Mitchell did the inspection and answered all of my questions, explained the process, and worked with my insurance adjuster to help us get our roof replaced. He was an answer to our prayers! Communication throughout the process was superb. We were kept informed of all the important details every step of the way. The crew showed up before sunrise to get started and worked all day in the Georgia heat. They did a beautiful job! New timberline hd shingles and ridge vents and code upgrades, and they cleaned up every bit of mess- I didn’t even have to sweep. Afterward Moses walked me through what was done and showed me the drone images of areas we could not see from the driveway. We highly recommend Accent Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof!

Service was nothing but superior. I’ve used Accent Roofing before to repair a leak and chose to work with them once again. After noticing more leaks on the ceiling 2 years later, I called them for an inspection and was informed I needed a new roof. Bobby, whom I’ve worked with on the previous project, was there every step of the way. Due to the insurance company giving me a hassle, my project wasn’t complete until 4 months later. Between this time, Bobby and Gary continued to assist me with the issues Liberty Mutual was giving me until they were resolved. I’m so pleased with my roof! They even sent me a thank you card. Great service is truly hard to find. I guarantee if you choose them you won’t be disappointed.

It was a very easy process and they kept me informed along the way up until the day of the installation of my new roof. A site supervisor was on the job from start to finish, used the latest technology to check, and verify their work, as well as answered all of our questions. We're extremely pleased with their service, and the quality of their work.

It went fantastic! My first claim was denied for a full replacement but Phillip took control and fought for me. It took about a couple of months to get final approval but he got it approved. I can't say enough positive things about this company. Every single person that I dealt with was professional and prompt. They showed up when they said they would and if they could not make it they had someone from their office to call and reschedule, which did not happen often. Only when Phillip got sick. Everything they promised they delivered on and it was also in writing. You will not be disappointed if you hire this company! If there was a score higher than a A I would give it to them, so at this point they deserve an A+++.

Accent Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof shingles. We received a detailed quote, a pre-project call the day before by a project manager who gave us a detailed time-line for the following day, the crew arrived on time, all of our plant material was covered with tarps, and the crew cleared our property of old shingles, etc. Importantly, we are very pleased with the installation of our new roof shingles and would therefore recommend Accent Roofing to anyone. They were very professional and competent.

The entire experience from start to finish was extremely professional, from the first interaction with Bobby for his estimate work until the cleanup work was completed following the roof replacement. The "pre-work" interactions were efficient and informative, and the actual work on the roof was smooth and easy. The team showed up early and worked hard the whole day to complete the task at hand. The roofers and project manager went out of the way to protect our home and we truly appreciated the attention to detail and effort that was provided from start to finish from all team members.

Austin met me for the initial consultation and cost estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He gave me the option to patch the bad portion of my roof or to completely replace the whole roof. There was no pressure to decide either option and after a week or so, I decided to accept the quote to replace the entire roof. Austin confirmed my choice and scheduled the appointment to do the job. He provided me with different options of color and on the day of the job, he kept me informed of the progress with pictures and text messages. Material truck arrived right on time, with all workers following shortly after. Started work efficiently, each person obviously with their own task which they performerd competently. The supervisor, Creighton, stayed onsite all day and was very conscientious about my husband and I being happy with their work and leaving our property as clean as when they arrived. You can believe every word that someone from Accent tells you. You can trust them. And that's hard to find in a company these days. I would definitely use Accent Roofing again and will recommend to friends and family.
