Accent Roofing Service, with work done by Jamie provided a clear estimate (from Tommy) for resolution of a leaky roof around a chimney, vent stack, and skylight -- all tricky if not flashed correctly. I rated price as GOOD because it is a lot of money! Not "high" compared to others, just a lot of money for a leak. However, what price can you put on "no more leak!?" Jamie showed up, provided supplies to match the materials, removed all damaged materials after inspection - then properly reinstalled to exceed expectations. He went above and beyond to locate the proper replacement shingles and vents, and proactively corrected old installation problems to make sure we had no leaks moving forward. We have had rain since the install -- and no leaks! I am satisfied, would call Accent again, and recommend them. Thanks to the whole Team.

We recently had our roof replaced by Accent Roofing Service. It was beautifully done, thanks to Bobby Wiggins (sales) and Les Honson (project manager). The quality of their services are above and beyond, ranging from making recommendations, working with insurance adjuster, quality of material used, to the integrity and proficiency of the roofing team, etc. Excellent! I wouldn't replace my roof any soon for sure but will refer their service to others without any reservation and hesitation. I recommend their service without any reservations

Bob came to the house and followed COVID masking rules. He showed us sample colors. He explained the process. There was a one month wait time. They arrived at 6:35am Wednesday morning as they said they would. They were done at 11:45am! They cleaned up as they went along on the project. It was so funny when a school teacher passed by and asked were they done. She said she saw them start when she came into work and as she was leaving for lunch they were done. She needed their card!! Overall, the experience was wonderful. The crew was nice. Reasonable pricing.

Over the last 5-6 years, I've had probably 15-20 different roofing companies ring my doorbell and want to replace my roof since they could see that I had defective Atlas Chalet shingles. I didn't want just any roofer to do the work. I didn't hire any of the roofers who came thru the neighborhood soliciting work and making promises to "get my insurance company to pay for the whole roof". Beware of those roofers! I did my research and found Accent Roofing Company's website and boy, am I glad I did. From the initial consultation to the completed job, Accent Roofing was professional in their communication, meeting any and all commitments, quality of the products they use (not all products are created equal), and their dedication to making sure I, as the customer, was not just satisfied, but thrilled with the whole process. I received a follow up call from Tom, the owner, at the end of the day after the completion of the work. This company has been in business for over 30 years and will do an excellent job for you.
