Phillip was one heck of a sales man detailing all our needs while breaking it down step by step for us so we knew exactly what to expect. Jessica kept us informed with pleasant detailed calls and checked in to make sure the plan was being executed as we anticipated. We would definitely recommend that anyone with a roof used them for all their roofing needs! Thank you to all of the Accent team!

I knew that we had issues with our roof, but was unsure of who to call. I’ve heard of all of the big name advertisers on the major radio stations and I’ve heard some good and bad things about them. I heard an advertisement for Accent Roofing on a local radio station and decided to give them a call; I’m glad I did. The owner of Accent Roofing, Tommy Scribbins, came out to evaluate our roof within a few days of my call. Tommy was very knowledgeable; not an arrogant “know it all” - he listened to my questions and answered them. He has an engineering background so he knows how to explain how products work or in some cases, do not work. When the insurance adjuster came out to evaluate our claim, Tommy was there to make sure the adjuster took into account materials that would be needed in order to bring the roof up to the current building code requirements. The color of the shingles that we decided upon was one that was difficult to obtain due to current logistics and supply chain issues, but Tommy found a supplier. When installation day arrived, the crew showed up on time – early in the morning and worked all day, into the early evening to get the job done. The project manager was available, pleasant to work with, and answered any questions that I had. We had several pieces of roof sheathing that needed to be replaced and they did not charge us a fortune for that. There were a couple of minor details to handle the following morning, including thoroughly combing the yard for nails. The care after the installation was great as well. Accent Roofing filed our warranty information with the manufacturer of the shingles and also provided our insurance company the completion certificate for the job. So in case you couldn’t tell by my review, we are very pleased with Accent Roofing and I’m sure you will be as well when you hire them.

We recently hired Accent Roofing Service, Inc., “The Leaksmith” to replace our roof. Our expectations were exceedingly surpassed. The price was better than other offers, and the service was very professional and quick. Starting with the sales person Brandon Saurine, who was very knowledgeable and very cooperative, then the entire crew under the supervision of Josh Howell, which performed the job as we were told, then with Gary Patsy for our financial needs, and lastly with Moses Giroldi and his crew of Robert Garfias and Henry, the entire job was finished in one day, and minor repairs were performed in less that half a day. I would recommend this company for your roofing needs.

The only company out of 6 that could get all state to agree there was hail damage.

Accent Roofing Service, with work done by Jamie provided a clear estimate (from Tommy) for resolution of a leaky roof around a chimney, vent stack, and skylight -- all tricky if not flashed correctly. I rated price as GOOD because it is a lot of money! Not "high" compared to others, just a lot of money for a leak. However, what price can you put on "no more leak!?" Jamie showed up, provided supplies to match the materials, removed all damaged materials after inspection - then properly reinstalled to exceed expectations. He went above and beyond to locate the proper replacement shingles and vents, and proactively corrected old installation problems to make sure we had no leaks moving forward. We have had rain since the install -- and no leaks! I am satisfied, would call Accent again, and recommend them. Thanks to the whole Team.

We recently had our roof replaced by Accent Roofing Service. It was beautifully done, thanks to Bobby Wiggins (sales) and Les Honson (project manager). The quality of their services are above and beyond, ranging from making recommendations, working with insurance adjuster, quality of material used, to the integrity and proficiency of the roofing team, etc. Excellent! I wouldn't replace my roof any soon for sure but will refer their service to others without any reservation and hesitation. I recommend their service without any reservations

Bobby was my main man and took care of all the paperwork and communication with the insurance company from start to finish. Bobby made the entire process simple and stress free. I can not thank him enough. Moises and his work crew did excellent work. Having the entire roof replaced was a huge project for me. Bob came to the house and followed COVID masking rules. He showed us sample colors. He explained the process. There was a one month wait time. They arrived at 6:35am Wednesday morning as they said they would. They were done at 11:45am! They cleaned up as they went along on the project. It was so funny when a school teacher passed by and asked were they done. She said she saw them start when she came into work and as she was leaving for lunch they were done. She needed their card!! Overall, the experience was wonderful. The crew was nice. Reasonable pricing.

Accent Roofing is #1! Over the last 5-6 years, I've had probably 15-20 different roofing companies ring my doorbell and want to replace my roof since they could see that I had defective Atlas Chalet shingles. I didn't want just any roofer to do the work. I didn't hire any of the roofers who came thru the neighborhood soliciting work and making promises to "get my insurance company to pay for the whole roof". Beware of those roofers! I did my research and found Accent Roofing Company's website and boy, am I glad I did. From the initial consultation to the completed job, Accent Roofing was professional in their communication, meeting any and all commitments, quality of the products they use (not all products are created equal), and their dedication to making sure I, as the customer, was not just satisfied, but thrilled with the whole process. I received a follow up call from Tom, the owner, at the end of the day after the completion of the work. This company has been in business for over 30 years and will do an excellent job for you.
